This Starbucks consistently delivers an exceptional experience from start to finish. The store is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, creating a space that feels both efficient and comfortable. The team works seamlessly together and maintains a positive, professional attitude even during busy rushes. Orders are accurate, drinks are crafted to standard, and customer connections feel genuine.
A special shoutout to Felicia, the supervisor, whose leadership clearly sets the tone for the store. Her support, organization, and calm presence make a noticeable difference in both partner morale and overall operations. It’s clear the team is well-trained and well-led. This location truly reflects the Starbucks mission of creating meaningful connections and a great customer experience. Excellent job all around.

I went into Starbucks on my way back to Houston and the service was phenomenal and the staff was phenomenal also. Whenever I am in the area I will make sure I stop by there. Thanks to the entire staff this morning for a great job. My coffee was on point just like I like it. I asked for 6 sugars and that did the job.

I appreciate the service I received today at my local starbucks. Little did I know today is “ Red Cup Day” the line was outrageously long. I called and spoke to Jade let her know I placed my order online like 20 mins ago but the time for pick up was an hour. Informed her the time I had to get to work. She went the extra mile and made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion. The entire staff made sure each customer was being seen by asking their name so they wouldn’t miss their orders to be picked up! Great job

I’m not normally one to complain, but I was very dissapointed today. I was so excited that the holiday drinks were released, but the excitement quickly changed when I went to make sure my drink was correct.
Being that it’s first day of holiday season, I gave them grace when they gave me the wrong drink. However, they were saying how I ordered wrong. However, the gentleman taking my order wasn’t really paying me any mind and asked me 3 different times the same thing over and over . And then when I brought it back because it was wrong they remade it & I was double checking it was a chai and not coffee and I was met with a really nasty “what’s wrong now?”
Super disappointing when all was asked that it was correct this time,
Do better.

Not sure what is going on this morning … but a DRIVE THRU is called a drive through for a reason. The line is only 5 deep and yet I have been sitting in line for 8 minutes and only 2 cars have gone. 1 cold brew is not that long. And because this new building does not have a fire lane I am kinda stuck in line. And what I was given is not a cold brew

Who runs this store? Why is this Angelica always in a mood? Customers just want to come in and relax, be pleasant, and have a nice coffee experience. Why does she have to gossip and put customers down in front of her coworkers? I heard her. My God! Does Starbucks even care about its customers? Is it ok for customers to get their coffee the way they want it?
Next time I come back into the store I will find someone in charge or get in contact with a store manager or area manager or even corporate if have to.

Today, I came to my favorite coffee shop. I had already lost one of my favorite Baristas, Ellie, through a transfer to the Orange store. Now I learn that Kayleigh and Tish are now gone. 😔
One left unhappy and one was fired? Why? How can someone fire Tish? I know she is a spirited girl and her reaction to Lawrence was a little abrasive, but that was her frustration with the present situation, and she is human. Surely there was another way to mediate any issues? To fire someone is one assuming power over another, not taking into account that human element. Tish was a great worker so she had to be fired over a power issue. I know these girls to be the sweetest and kindest I have known. They were all nice to me and even gave me a sympathy friend card ( from their 💕) Now only my other favorite, Victoria remains.
Kayleigh! She had a tattoo on her arm for her grandmother. She was a good worker too! I saw her wash windows and everything. For her to leave she must have just had it. It seems that Brian Nichols, and these new rules ( Squeezing for the dollar ) has cost something that Mr. Nichols seem to have left out of his equation, the human element. Brian was able to swing Chipotle around because it was mainly a food and trust issue.
Trust can be regained. Starbucks is huge and different. This is not a trust issue. Starbucks has a myriad of issues, and one can't wholesale cause a great seismic shift to fix the lagging business. Starbucks needs to be recalibrated. Prices and products need better evaluation, service needs ro be tweaked, but most importantly Baristas must be given value and input, since it is they outfront behind the counter.
As I am posting now, know that Brian Nichols will fail! Mark my words! I come to this store everyday and there are days I buy multiple coffees and food. The reason for even coming here was those girls. They were the greatest and now they are gone. Honestly I am so ticked off over the circumstances.
Lawrence! Is there nothing that can be done? Can we not mediate a solution and bring back these girls? I own a chain of therapy stores, glass companies, and real estate interests. I understand business but most importantly I understand my employees. If this is the way Starbucks store management handles priceless employees where there is now a turnover, then since Tish and Kayleigh have now been, in essence forced out, then in solidarity, I as a daily fixture and customer at Starbucks will be out as well.
Tish and Kayleigh!
You do matter! You girls should be here and you girls are not, so now I will no longer be here either!
This Starbucks has always been slow with service in the mornings. But today was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered my drink at 6:35 and arrived at the shop at 7 AM. Mine and my sister’s drinks were not ready. I waited until 7:20 and had enough. I left Starbucks unhappy again. I wish I would’ve taken all that extra time and went to the one in Nederland or a closer coffee shop locally.

Very slow service no matter what time of the day that you go, even doing order ahead is slow. You get your coffee half the time it’s not even made correctly but because you’ve waited over 20 minutes you just take it and go. I only go to the Starbucks if I absolutely have to. The other location is so much better.
