Trash! Waited 5 minutes to order. Got my food at the window when I pulled up… clearly a bad sign, especially when there was no heat coming from the bag. If I had more time I would have handed it back and told them to make it fresh. Lesson learned. Waste of money and time.

Absolute WORST place to go. You’ll stand at the counter for at minimum 10 minutes with not a single employee even acknowledging you. And when they finally do, you’ll spend another 10+ minutes waiting to be helped. My order was also a mobile order that should’ve been ready.

Never order from this place. Everytime I've ordered from them they have gotten my food wrong in some way. I have ordered the same thing every time and almost if not half the time it's wrong in dumb ways. Asked for a spicy chicken with only mayo and they give me one with everything and cheese. Don't go here if you want your food done right.

The drive through took forever. They forgot our fries. If that was the case they should have mentioned fries were going to be await. I went in to get our fries and it was going to be a 10 minute wait. How do you have a drive thru full of people and you are completely out of fries and you don’t start to make them till a customer comes I. To complain they didn’t get them. He literally started them when I said I didn’t get my fries. Oh the drive thru work didn’t make any sense and wasn’t listening to a word we were saying. I won’t be back

I just received my food from this restaurant and I got a $6 double stack biggie bag. My nuggets were burnt, my burger is hard and overcooked, and my fries are cold. The drink was good only because they didn't have to cook it. I don't know what happened to the staff but this store has lost quality. Especially before close. It's like they just stop caring at all.
