I went and got a breakfast burrito, which was 10/10 with the hot sauce, but quickly became 1/10 because they put old milk in my coffee. And at first I thought it was because I just brushed my teeth, but my coworker said no it's the coffee. I tried to call back several times but their phone is just constantly busy. 0/10

The cashier Ryan brought life to this restaurant! He's the definition of how customer service is! Respectful, appreciates the customers, wasn't angry, understood what I wanted, and kept a smile on his face! I can honestly say, I will go back there to eat with my family! Thank you Ryan. 😉

This is the sorriest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it’s absolutely no customers late night and you still get cold food and they don’t have chili. It’s alway, they’re out of something. On the clock doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and still getting paid

Took my 3 kids in for lunch person behind the counter was real helpful and tried very hard to make sure everything was good even after what is to follow.
1 no ice on soda machine drinks well just nasty.
2 order was not correct
3 fries cold
4 sandwiches cold.
5 alarms going off in the back the complete time was there so loud had to raise voice to talk to kids. Never seemed to be reset them. I’m assuming it was fri machine.

First of all for the past three days I’ve been coming here. Hopefully it will get better, right. So the first time the guy forgot I was even at the window. He literally told me he forgot, then continued to serve me extremely cold old fries that literally hurt my teeth to chew yuck and cold old 10 piece nugs then the next day again cold horrible fries. Today I broke down and decided I wanted to try the Wednesday meal … again the fries were horrible. I did not even get different sauces and it was only two. I thought it came with four. I could be wrong however they served me the Raven blood drink in the extremely small cup not which was advertised. I’ve seen the reviews. It is absolutely the wrong freaking Size and I didn’t even get the collectible spoon not that I care but come on. If you wanna know, the ravens played drink or shake or whatever you call it was horrible. Everybody else that did a review said it was good. Maybe it’s because they put too much of that cherry crab sauce and no actual vanilla frosty. Get it together and it’s not Wendy’s it’s who’s making their food. Some people just don’t give a crap until they’re the ones eating the crap. And don’t try to call them they will not answer. Somebody needs to read these reviews and realize they need to terminate all the staff and start over.! Including Management because that’s where it starts!

Omg you must try the new iced coffee I had the Carmel and my granddaughter had the new chocolate brownie it was totally awesome and a special thanks to the district manager so great full and to the crew they did an awesome job and my granddaughter has a lot allergies and they did a wonderful job in accommodating her 😀 😊
