The girl that took our order name was Shyanne and then treated us like we were dirt under her shoe once i told her the problem. Our fish was cold on the inside, it wasn't cooked long enough. Shyanne tells me oh I am sorry. She didn't offer to remake us the meal, offer a refund she did nothing. The cook in back was complaining she had no help so on a busy evening you have 1 cook 1 rude cashier and I left being charged $29.08 for our order and left hungry cause my fish was cold. I think if there is a reputable management he or she will offer me a full refund. I have the receipt. we had this nightmare on october 19th @ around 730 pm. Your business is only as good as your staff. I also have the photos of my uncooked food. Furthermore I have contacted Captain Ds Headquarters

I ordered 3 piece fish and fries $10.34... after I sat down and started eating.. I noticed a meal deal 2 piece fish and fries for $5.99 .... I guess I just feel like helping your guest get the best price for their experience goes with customer service .... I would've changed my order for the better price !!!

Got the family feast as I usually get and was enjoying it as usual but something smelled like dirty gym socks. I initially thought ok maybe one of us were really sweaty from being outside and someone badly needed a shower. Then I opened the lid on the green beans and quickly took a bite before the smell hit me. The smell was absolutely rancid. These green beans smelled so bad I'm not convinced someone didn't put fart spray or something in them as a prank or something. No way someone packaged those up and didn't almost vomit, no way! I'd feel so much better knowing this was a practical joke and not something they just served smelling like that
The catfish taste like dirty pond water. It was utterly disgusting you can't even eat. They can't fish smells like a pond. I don't recommend eating anything from this

Was terrible..sat in drive thru for 20 min and finally pulled out of line and went to another restaurant down the street ..sad thing was there was only 1 vehicle in front of me and no one behind me...by the time I decided to leave, they had 7 cars backed up...good luck!
