I think the main reason this business will eventually fail is because the drinks aren't included in combos. For just under $15 for fish and shrimp with a large $3 root beer for fast food, it's too expensive for most. On top of that it doesn't help to impress customers when your drive thru guy doesn't know to include plastic silverware for Cole slaw and macaroni and cheese. Food was okay, not great. Hush puppies tasted like they had been fried, set for awhile, and then refried to heat and serve. But biggest complaint was the staff. 4 workers all look to be teenagers, maybe one person early 20s. None looked like a manager. There were 5 other guests in lobby beside us. The workers were very loudly using language that could be heard through out the store that included the f bomb multiple times. I ordered 3 piece fish and fries $10.34... after I sat down and started eating.. I noticed a meal deal 2 piece fish and fries for $5.99 .... I guess I just feel like helping your guest get the best price for their experience goes with customer service .... I would've changed my order for the better price !!!
