We have been coming here for about a year. I see why everyone sits in bar area. It's more lively out in bar area. For some reason it's quiet and depressing in front. The food though, is good especially their beef fajita nachos! Man they are by far the best I have ever had and so is their guacamole. It's rare you get awesome guacamole with no onion flavor. I tried their beef enchiladas and they are okay. I prefer the cheese taco enchiladas if you go with that plate....
This is a nice restaurant to visit. I didn't really enjoy the queso and I feel like that's a pretty important thing at a Mexican restaurant. The food was decent. The service was very good and I also liked the atmosphere. The margaritas were strong though so that's a plus.
Hector's Mexican food is delicious. Big enchiladas full of beef or chicken they are the best around the lake area.Bryan our waiter was super nice and attentive. Grade A+ service.
