I and my family go to sonic often. Every time I tell them to make my order fresh and hot, even time my fries are half cold so are the tots. I called the manger I was explaining it to her, she hung up on me. Now I am thinking We won't go there anymore.
I waited 30 minutes for my food. When I called to find out where the food was, she stated that she didn’t realize I had checked in. When they brought me the order, it was wrong. When I finally received the right order my blasts were shakes.
