Absolutely wonderful experience ! Food , atmosphere, staff . Food was excellent so many different flavors on one plate. Serving size, had to ask for a to go box when food was delivered.

We went in with my husbands service dog who is professionally trained and detects his seizures and brings medication. The manager was extremely rude about us having him with us and did not like him sitting beside the booth. Underneath the table was dirty with queso and food on the floor. I tried to point that out to get and she said no under the table only. We got up and left. Never have we ever been treated like this at a restaurant. I hope she never has family work seizures like ours.

First time visit. Sadly our food wasn’t that good. Margarita was great. Got two Chili Lime bowls; chicken & shrimp. The chicken was very rubbery with a very odd plastic flavor. The sweet & spicy peach bbq sauce was non-existent. Very bland and boring. No managers present checking in with patrons. Not ever going back.

Refuse to accommodate disabled children. Pitiful staff. Terrible atmosphere. You can tell nobody wants to be at work and they take it out on paying patrons. Everyone- skip the hassle and just go to Chili's.

This used to be one of my family’s favorite places to dine out in gun barrel but ever since the remodel it has quickly gone downhill. The prices of all of the entrees went up, but the portion sizes went down. My husband and I used to love splitting the fajita for two but the price has gone up to $50 and it’s barely 12 oz of meat which is not enough to feed two people. Last time we got it we were barely able to make two very small tacos a piece. We decided to give this place another shot today for Mother’s Day and are so disappointed. My kids’ quesadillas tasted like it was made with canned chicken. My husbands burrito was very small and not well loaded for the price. And I got the Chilli lime chicken bowl. It tasted pretty good while I was eating it but now that I’m done there is a very unsettling film on my teeth and all I want to do is go home and brush them. I’ve never felt this way after any meal and it is so gross! Our waiter was great but the food quality and price is not worth it here anymore sadly.

Well I gave Jalapeno Tree another chance and wasn’t impressed by far. I came in and requested to sit with Sarah that didn’t happen. Food was brought out to the table wrong we had what it seemed to be a new server never got any refills, barely checked on us. We were out for my kids birthday dinner and was a total disappointment Sadly, this is gonna be our last time returning to this establishment.

Went here with a group of friends. Food was very greasy. Waiter/server didn’t make any suggestions to me but made sure she made suggestions to others around the table. There were 8 of us squeezed tight in a booth. They had us waiting for almost an hour to be seated. Wouldn’t recommend.
