I wish I could give a 0 star review. Absolute terrible service! Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window while multiple workers walked by the window and completely ignored us. After 15 minutes they came to the window and said they couldn’t serve us! Do not recommend if you want to eat!

My partner and I went here yesterday and it was amazing! The price is very reasonable for how much food you get. We had Alexis as our waitress and she was awesome, made some great suggestions on the options, was very bubbly and nice to dine with! This is probably going to now be our regular sushi spot. 10/10 recommend stopping here if you get the itch for some sushi! Also very highly recommend the dynamite roll and the New Orleans roll. We got the crazy plate appetizer sampler and wound up having to order more gyoza and lobster Rangoons because we couldn’t get enough of them you might give those a try too!

Food is great, can’t believe this place was so slow tonight. Had the chicken hibachi for $16 and it is a lot of food so it’s basically 2 meals.

Very yummy Fried Superman roll and Spicy Tuna roll. We also had the Beef Yakisoba noodles and would definitely order again! I prefer no tvs when I go out to eat, so maybe showing Japanese gardens would make dining so enjoyable. The staff was very friendly!

Well its not a hibachi like it says, its the same as going to a regular Japanese restaurant, everything is made in the back. The yako noodles were just regular noodles and the portions were very small

We had a family dinner with 10 people, great staff, servers were wonderful, there weren't any no salt options, we had an amazing event

They raise the prices and shrink the portions. $15.99 for 6 pieces of steak

We arrived 15 min earlier and had to wait for the whole 15 min standing up when there was a table of our party size available all this time. I had requested a table in a warm area (as I know this place can get cold) but was given a table near the door that keeps opening all the time due to Deliveroo collections. So whilst the food was great and staff was professional, it could have gone better.

Another excellent meal at Yamato, complimented by a thoroughly professional and attentive service ⭐️

Do not order online they will mess up ur order especially on DoorDash and will tell u to pick up what they missed they have done it multiple times. What’s the point of making an online order for delivery if ur going to mess it up then I have to still go back to the restaurant for u to fix it.

The staff were very attentive and polite. Great food, great service. They even an accommodated our early arrival. Highly recommended.

Loved this place! Came for our 10 year olds birthday and while I would say it's not really a kids vibe of place - if they are well behaved and love Japanese food it really hits the mark. Will defo be back!

Disappointed... I grew up in Okinawa when my parents were missionaries there and I was also stationed there so I definitely know what real Japanese food should taste like. Yamato is too high-priced for what they offer. Average at best!!! I really wanted them to succeed here but if I'm going to pay these prices, I'll go up to Dallas. There are a plenty of good and authentic Japanese restaurants up there.
