They've done such an amazing job with making this place comfortable for customers. The dri is are great and each food truck has been fantastic.

We found this gem by accident on the way home to League City, thanks for the flag on HWY Alt 90 near Sublime! The drive in through the woods was a treat as well, the marker signs were entertaining. Lots of parking, live music, good drinks and a very friendly staff. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed the distillery tour. We'll definitely return.

The live band Reed Gearson & The Company were awsome and very entertaining! First time at the High Hill Distillery and had a great time! After several drinks at the distillery, we also took home two bottles of rum. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service and people! We hosted an event here and they were so kind and helpful with everything. We love coming here for drinks too, great place!

Beautiful outdoor venue, seating under the oak trees, live music and great drinks. Distillery tours to see how the rum is made too.

Don't blink, or you will miss the turn-off to this amazing rum distillery! It's tucked back off the highway in a peaceful sanctuary of land just outside of Halletsville. The owners are on hand and super welcoming! It was a relaxing stop, but be careful, you'll want to stay all day!

I visited High Hill Distillery, last weekend. I have seen the signs, as I passed by on Hwy 90. This time I turned down that county road.
I was pleasantly surprised and in awe of this hidden gem.
It is warm, welcoming and inviting to everyone. The sprawling Live Oaks provide comforting shade for the ample seating and tables that are provided for enjoying the company of friend you already know and those you are about to meet.
Salute and Enjoy!

Amazing place to get some amazing rum. Distilled, bottled and aged right here in Texas! Stop by for some live bands and great food truck action but don’t forget to grab a bottle (or 4) of the amazing rum! This place is an absolute must for any fan of small batch distilling.

Wonderful hidden gem that is a delight to visit. Try the flight of different rums that they produce, and several cocktails. The smokey old fashioned was my favorite. The glass is infused over a charred block of cherry wood. The tours are free and informative about their productions.

Beautiful spot with delicious drinks. The blueberry mojito was my favorite. Great patio area to enjoy the drinks too!

This was one of the coolest experiences I've had on my 7 years of being on the road as a crane operator! Great people, beautiful surroundings and just hospitable! Thanks for the great experience!

Currently open the last two Saturdays in the month. Great place! It's off the beaten path, the last mile to the distillery is a country dirt road, but well worth the visit. Great staff. Good rum! Outstanding views. Very peaceful. They have outside seating under incredible live oaks. They have live music and a food truck. They even have yard games and a tree house for the kids. The story about how they named their distillery and rum is very interesting.
