My family waited over fifteen minutes while woman was talking on the phone when my daughter in law said she was ready to order the woman turned her back and kept on talking so we left without pizza. It wasn't a prejudice thing because my daughter in law is Caucasian.

Parking: It's hard to get a long wheelbase truck around the drive thru.
I ordered a hand tossed pizza when I arrived to pick it up. I was told they made me a square pan pizza. They received 2 stars because the young lady was polite, I was also told pan was normally $1 more but they didn’t charge me. I would hope not since I didn’t order a pan pizza. I’m done with this Pizza Hut. The pizza had plenty of vegetables and hardly any meat. I ordered a super supreme.

I love their pepperoni pizza, and I love the location.
My pizza was ready when I got there and nice and hot.
Ordered a medium pizza. It was fair, but overpriced in my opinion. We have purchased better pizza for the same or lower prices at other places.
