Rushed in after a movie and made it 15 minutes prior to closing time. They refused to make our sandwiches even though they were to go. This is unacceptable. If you have a closing time stick to it. This is ridiculous. Used to frequent this location every weekend. Never again. They lost my and my family and friends business.

What can you say about a sandwich shop really it a nice place and clean and it what it is a sandwich shop. Nothing bad to say just in my opinion it serves a purpose you want a sub sandwich or not

We were driving thru town on our trip to Dallas and stopped for lunch. Staff was super friendly and place was extremely clean. I got a foot long sandwich with all the trimmings and it was prepared with care and tasted fresh and delicious. I would love to go back there someday!

Dietary restrictions: We don't eat meat and staff was careful to prepare our food with fresh gloves to avoid and accidental mixing

Do not, under any circumstances, order their new churros. They taste like cardboard dipped in cinnamon sugar. My daughter ran down there as soon as we received the flyer in the mail, ordered some, and brought them home. We both took one bite and knew we wouldn’t be finishing them. She took them back, uneaten, for a refund, but they refused. Just like they refuse to take the coupons on the flyers. I have never had worse customer service experience than I have with this chain. Every once in a while I forget why I don’t spend my money there and go back just so I can remember. Go elsewhere.

SHADY- placed a 25.00 order online for delivery . I called to check, the girl on the phone said they don’t deliver and this happens all the time I asked her if they don’t deliver why didn’t they call me back she said oh I’m sorry we didn’t see that it said delivery until after we made it. The manager, then got on the phone and told me he will not give me a credit or refund my money!
