While the ice cream & froyo is amazing, the 1st speaking voice for the drive thru wasn't the best with retaining our order, but the younger lady at the window fixed the order with kindness. She told the 1st girl that the order was wrong, she stuck her head out the window & once again said the order incorrectly. The young lady who fixed our order returned to the window with our order. 🙏🏽
Your manager Terry was on point tonight. We come to this location often and have had our order wrong or the employees rude several times over the years. Tonight, I was wildly impressed with the level of customer service, friendliness and correction that went on. Thank you Terry!!! I also wanted to let you know we immediately definitely located someone to donate to at QT.
Who can go wrong by eating at braums? Big juicy burgers and fresh crinkle fries are my favorite and after devouring the food,then its time for a double scoop rocky road and cookies and cream on a cake cone!😁
