I went in tonight and picked up a 16-piece mixed family pack with 3 family sides, and everything came like it was supposed to, BUT the fried pickles were very, very sad. I could have probably ordered a meal with fried pickles and got the same amount. The fried okra was done more than normal, and they didn't have a lot of corn nuggets either.
They ran out of pieces of chicken for the order I made, and instead of it being a huge issue they hooked it up really good for me, and made sure I was taking care of, so I would be able to get straight home to my family. Thank you both! Jim and Heather are the best and the most helpful!
