Absolutely will never go here again!!! Took me about 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Then when I got home, I didn’t get what I ordered!!! Not sure how this location stays open.

This store has the worse customer service, not out of all Birger Kings, but out of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. The women that work there are rude, disrespectful and don’t care about your food. They screw your order up, and then complain about having to fix it. They rush you when you’re ordering and then never get your order right, but get attitudes when you double check to make sure it’s right.I’ve order well done Onion Rings 4 straight times, I’ve got well done onion rings zero times. One time they was as cold as the drink, and when I took them back, they told me it was my fault.Everyone at this store should be fired and Burger King should start over with a completely new staff.If I could give them negative stars, I would.

They rang me up for a large fries that I didn’t order. When I brought to their attention they gave me the exact 2.99 back in change. I paid taxes on fries I didn’t even order or eat. ?♀️The fries I did get were cold. Stood at the front for 5 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge me to order and then again when I brought the receipt back asking why I was charged for a large fry I didn’t order. Not busy at all. Literally me and one other person who was already eating inside. Then at 12:36 they locked the doors?! A couple people walk up and try the 3 doors on that side of the building, all locked.Overall the worst Burger King I have ever been to.

The taste of the meat in the hamburgers is tasteless...what gives it flavor is the mayonnaise and mustard...also in that restaurant the bathrooms were locked and we couldn't wash our hands...terrible

My wife and I stopped at this location and waited 20 min at the drive thru it was at 10:30 a.m none came to the window as we pulled around to it there were 2 cars in the parking lot so we knew employees were there and no one assisted us ...whom ever is the morning manager should be fired ...as this is the first time in my reviews I have ever simply got ghost and no service......

Whoever that old weird looking Hispanic lady is that's there right now that barely speaks english is rude as hell and lazy and impatient. Does not listen and has an ugly attitude. Tired of saying STOP BEING MAD AT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU'RE OLD AND WORKING AT BK LMAO be mad at your parents. I'll go elsewhere next time. :)

I pulled up and there was literally no one (customers) here. Get my food and from experience I’ve learned to check before leaving. I ordered a large hash brown and received small. I tried one they were cold and hard. I asked the young lady if I could have a large and fresh. Decided to check the sandwiches and they were cold!! I asked for fresh sandwiches as well. She had an attitude like I was just supposed to pay for old cold food. When I finally got my food it was over cooked!! You don’t have to worry about me coming back. I would have understood if they were busy ??
Manager was rude and close the lobby because she didn't have any body work front counter so she said not taking any order up front.
