This store has the worse customer service, not out of all Birger Kings, but out of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. The women that work there are rude, disrespectful and don’t care about your food. They screw your order up, and then complain about having to fix it. They rang me up for a large fries that I didn’t order. When I brought to their attention they gave me the exact 2.99 back in change. I paid taxes on fries I didn’t even order or eat. ?♀️The fries I did get were cold. Stood at the front for 5 minutes waiting for them to acknowledge me to order and then again when I brought the receipt back asking why I was charged for a large fry I didn’t order. Not busy at all.
