I haven't eaten KFC for years. I have read a lot about their Chicken Sandwiches being one of the best. As good as Popeyes or better! It is very, very good. It may be the best ? of the 2. I really enjoyed it and will go there again. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. Another excellent business in our neighborhood.

Don’t place an online order here unless you want your food stolen, no refund and no food to replace it. Manager (Chad) was extremely unprofessional. I’ve never in my life received or given this type of customer service. Left without food and $40 down the drain.

I ordered a 4 piece and got 3. The biscuit was so dry I couldn't even eat it and the chicken was cold because it's been sitting so long. Used to be my favorite food chain but my goodness! Gross! And it's this way every time

the african girl was not very pleasant i greeted i ordered a number 1 two piece and was given 3 pieces and no biscuit when i asked for my biscuit a caucasian bearded man replied i never give out biscuits cos we hardly have any that’s why i have her am extra piece of chicken but the african girl have me two and he was not happy about that

Arrived at 9 pm, they don't close till 11. Went inside and Noone greeted me for at least 5 -7 minutes. Horseplaying and loud laughter coming from the kitchen. When I was finally seen, I ordered the 5 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. My food came before I could finish filling my drink which is a freshness red flag. When I got to my hotel there was no Mac and cheese but 2 mashed potatoes. ? Tenders were old and like rubber. Threw everything away. Definitely won't go back to this one.

I have been here a few times because my kids and I love the food. I have to get a lot because of the size of my family. But after paying 5.00 each for extra potatoes and ll 3 of the order of potatoes were barely half full is ridiculous. And I ordered an extra side gravy and got home to find I did not have it either. And there was no one around to even speak to about the issue. Just ridiculous.

Ordered 3 pc combo, Got home opened my chicken had a big breast piece with no skin! I live kfc for the taste and skin of the chicken. Whole front of my chicken was missing then I called back to back to back and no one ever picks up! A waste of money and time!

We ordered online on this store. When we arrived at the time set by the online order, it took few minutes before someone came out. When we asked for our order, another crew came and said you are Mr Juan R? And we said yes. And he said somebody just gor your order.Well, your order was picked up already by somebody, so I asked, so what happens now? Well, you just have to refund it thru the app. We tried and tried but found no way to refund it on the app. And asked again is there a way for you to help us how to refund it? And he said “I dont know, I dont even have the app on my phone” then I asked him what’s your name? And you are the ? State his name and said Ia am the general manager.As general manager he should know how to calm down and assist his customers but also there should be a system in place in releasing the orders. Just imagine they just let anybody to pick up an order even without checking if that person is the real one who ordered it?The general manager said “its the way it is” its out of his control and its the app.I hope KFC management would make better choice in making a general manager.

My husband and I have ordered here a few times and we have never received the correct order. We are always missing something and the food quality is sad. We receive old stale chicken that seems to have been sitting for over an hour. Biscuits are stale and the Mac and cheese is dry as well likes its been sitting for too long. We called to speak to the manager and he was not helpful at all. He asked us what was wrong, we explained the above and he said we have to order it fresh...like excuse me. Your food should always be fresh. No one should have to request their food to be fresh. Ridiculous, manager needs to be fired and team members need to be trained better.
