No point in calling to report missing items on delivery, they either never answer or blame it on the Uber driver for not opening the sealed bag to take inventory. You would think the person bagging the order would do inventory before closing the bag and giving to the Uber driver, nope she blames Uber! This has happened a few times. Didnt receive my biscuits or kfc sauce with my order that i did order, ice machine was broken, waited 20 min before i got my cup and the manager decided to play games with my food acting like i didnt say yes thats me. My 8 piece tender is barely 8 pieces. Why use a bucket for 8 pieces of tenders. Very rude management. The kiosk system is broken half of the time and when it does work. Receipt printer didnt work. So i couldnt prove my order was wrong. It still doesn't let you check...read full review

KFC is a restaurant known for its fast service. The food is a highlight, with many enjoying their hot, juicy, and full of flavor meals like spicy chicken. The facilities are great, although the bathrooms could use some attention. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Employees are nice and friendly, but sometimes service was lacking and management can be lacking.
