“OK, so we all know that customer service rain supreme at expensive places or they just don’t stay in business and as I was pulling into this little Caesars because the website made me want to die and throw my perfectly new iPhone out the window so that I didn’t have to buy a little Caesars pizza from the website Well we decided to go to little Caesars instead of the one the website told us to go to and I am so thankful we did because when I pulled into the parking lot, I told my children in the back of the minivan that I want better food than this no matter what they’re craving Always come to this one anytime they have asked for little Caesars. My son asked if they have good customer service and I said well, it’s always just me picking it up in the box and it’s ready so I don’t really talk to anybody well today they blew me out of the water. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. All three guys that were there good gentlemen and good men and I’m happy to see that we have that especially in the area of town that we were in. So the three guys working tonight if not the manager then please please please tell the manager to keep those guys because I bet they could run the whole store by themselves.“
“I always order “well done” but it’s never made correctly. However, they get the toppings right at least. I end up putting it in the air fryer to get it fully crisp. I get thin crust and regular or sometimes stuffed crust. They are always floppy not crispy at all. But again, they at least get the toppings correct. For the price, what else do you expect? I always order in advance on the app and it’s ready within 20 min. I make sure to account for the busy nights/weekends so if it takes a few min longer I understand. Usually I don’t even talk to the employees. Again, I keep in mind “management” & “corporate” are prob sub par and the pay is prob poo too. I don’t expect the employees to be happy to be at work on minimum wage. Regardless they deserve good and fair treatment and not be overworked. The AC there hardly works properly. So if you want better, go somewhere and pay more. I consider myself lucky I guess.“
