“So I am writing this based on my experience.
I recently purchased and order from little Caesar’s that was stone cold when we got the order. I put through a complaint online requesting a refund due to this issue as well as the front cashier being fully sick.
Kevin the manager of this store calls me back. Gives me the refund but takes it a full step further by redoing my order.
Mistakes happen. It’s how they are handled that make lasting impressions and thanks to Kevin the Manager at Rosemeade pkwy in Dallas I’ll definitely keep ordering from them. The food is great when it’s fresh and this man went above and beyond normal customer service.

“We ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and they were not ready we had to wait like 15-20 minutes. The service was good, it's just super small in there and there was 5+ people in the lobby waiting for their food. I wish they still had hot and ready pizzas on hand.“
“On my 15 min break only took 10 min to cook. I got my pizza dove off. Had to return to store because its wasnt cut all the day through and fell apart when went to grab a slice. Returned to store. Asked them to recut. Instead they make me wait another 10 min for a new pizza. I appreciate the new pizza but at least tell me. So instead of taking a 15 min break i had to lose money in the job and clock out for a lunch because of a small screw up. Either way now i have a fresh pizza but am out more money due to me having to clock out so they can remake my pizza instead of just recutting it like i had asked originally. Not happy.“
