“The best egg rolls in town. Best to call ahead and place an order. The wait in line can be over an hour on the weekends and holidays. They are great fresh or reheated in the air fryer. Always order 10-20 more then you think you need...trust me. You'll need some for the next day to snack on.“

“When I switched jobs and started working in a different city I had searched for traditional Vietnamese Pho similar to the place I frequented in Carrollton. I have now been to several pho restaurants in this area but HOP is the best hands down. The soups are absolutely amazing, but my favorite is the brisket. Egg rolls are amazing too when I have a big enough appetite to eat those and soup. This place has now been a weekly staple for me. Highly recommend!“

“I live down the street from this place and I order myself a 3 taco plate 2 pastor and 1 chicken with everything and it was on point. It also came with rice and beans and it was good as well . My daughter got nacho supreme and it was a big portion and it was also good . The 2 salsa was good as well not spicy 🌶️ but just right. Thai is a good place for Mexican food. Great job people.“

“today is April 1, 2025 Approximate 8:24 PM I went in there ordered me the chicken foo soup and a Coca-Cola I sat down and ate all of it and oh my God let me tell you their food is great they close at 8:30 but if you get there before 8:30 you will be served and they tell you to take your time not to be in a hurry cause they don't want you to burn your mouth while you're eating the food service is great“

“I never knew this place was here driving by it for 8 years! I did a take out order by looking on Google. Even with navigation, I had a hard time finding this place. I think because their sign is up higher than the other store signs on the building, I suggest adding a sign to match the other store if you all need more customers. I laughed once I realized it's there. My food was ready once I got there. The employee was so nice that she offered to take my food to the car because I have a disability.

Pho - chicken and veggie were amazing! The broth was delicious. The best noodles!!! And excellent verity of veggies.

Spring roll - was delicious!

Fried rice with chicken was good. I forgot to add spicy level if that's an option

Large portions, incredible prices, nice calm atmosphere. No one is blasting music, glaring at you, no flickering lights or anything like that.“

“I just had the BEST fried egg rolls and Nuac mam I’ve ever had in my entire life. Quality of food was incredible, hot, crispy, a lot of vegan options as well as shrimp, pork etc. they even have Vietnamese chicken tamales. Spring rolls are fire, sesame balls are delicious. This restaurant is a little out of the way from where I live but it’s my NEW FAVE Vietnamese restaurant. You must give it a try I’m in love!!!“

“My review is for the gentleman who was at the drive through window/speaker this afternoon. I’ve been going to this location for over 7 years and this guy was the nicest, most polite employee I’ve ever encountered there. My food was 100% correct. For the first time ever there when I said light ice it happened. He repeated the order and we had a miscommunication (my fault) and when he apologized, he said that’s why I repeat them. This is how it’s supposed to be. I didn’t even have to ask for hot sauce. Usually there is just 3 in the bag and I’m displeased. Even though I ask for extra. “I came here when I was in high school back in 2008. Under new management since then but the fried rice here still tastes good and the wings are super fresh. Only complaint would be the tenders, they weren’t the best quality and small portions.“
