Bahama Buck's - Harker Heights

I love the large selection of flavors & the ice is flaky. Not like others that say shaved ice & you get granulated ice. I enjoy this place.

We visit this Bahama bucks 2-3 time per week, with our order of choice being the white coconut Avalanche! We decided for a late night snack and ordered ahead of time online as it was near closing time. When we arrived and got our order it was not the right size, we were given a smaller cup. We kindly informed the employee and she replied with an attitude that that was the Avalanche cup, which we knew was not true since we frequent so much! The employee at the window then shows us what she states is Avalanche cup, which it was not. We decided to not continue to press the issue with her as she was not willing to rectify the order and give us the right size. Once the window closed, the employees behind her began to laugh as they held up an actual Avalanche cup in hand. This was such a disappointing experience, their lack of care, honesty and integrity was appalling. I hate to say it but I will reconsider continuing to give my business to a company that allows their employee to treat their customers in this way.

My girls love love bahama bucks! Today my daughter turns 11yrs, she woke up saying mommy I have a list of places where they’ll give one free thing for my birthday.. top of her list was bahama bucks! We get here, get told to download app (we did). Mind you from the beginning the vibes from the girl on the register and window are her being irritated.. which is what really pissed me off. We were turned away with no free bahama bucks.. Never coming back here again!

Small size is very generous. Very smooth fine ice. Yummy flavors!(except sugar free sour green apple yuk) really great customer service and fast.

The staff is always super friendly, but ever since I've began logging and rating all of the flavors, I'm noticing that many flavors just don't taste... Good. They either don't taste like what they're supposed to be, or just kinda bland. I swear the black cherry has changed since 2019. So -1 ⭐ for all the flavors that miss. That said, my go-to flavors are always a hit! 😂

Unfortunately, I have been coming here for 10+yrs and have not had a bad experience until tonight. Tonight my family and I visited around 9:30. We are a big family, so by the time all of us started to sit down and enjoy our desserts, it was 9:45. We were well aware of the fact that they close @10pm. They felt the need to tell us @9:50 that they close in 10 minutes. So our family decided to take our stuff outside so that way we would be out of their way. We were all just finishing up and chatting and probably would have been off the patio soon. However @ 10:01 a young lady decided to come tell us that it was a “safety hazard” to have us on the patio. This was very rude and only ONE minute after closing. I understand that people want to go home but chasing away your customers is just not the way to handle your business. Please train your staff accordingly to understand guest satisfaction, because the hours online said 10pm. If you want people out by 10pm, stop serving @9:30pm or change your hours. Sadly there wasn’t any trashcan outside either that way staff could have closed without dealing with us. All the staff seemed young & lacked enthusiasm or kindness. These could all be a clear sign of poor management.

One of my daughters really enjoys Bahama Buck's over any other sno-cone/ice cream establishment, that we make multiple trips to the Harker Heights location, in a month. Their presentations have always been clean and well flavored. We just went there yesterday because of the special they were running about getting the bucket with any purchase. It was cute and had several pieces of candy and chocolate in it. I haven't had a bad experience there so far, and we will continue to go there to try the different flavors.

The girls were all very nice and helpful but the quality just isn't there. The mango smoothie was more sour and chalky than anything, the root beer and tropical cream was just ok and the gummy bear was ok and what you'd expect. We've just decided it's just not for us.

HOT Friday afternoon place is full of Happy little kids and parents trying to get a treat only to get to place my order with a unfriendly not smiling seemingly disgruntled employee Short female dark hair ponytail part in middle and as I type the same employee gets into a unprofessional confrontation with a customer My point is this environment should be happy pleasant friendly smiling faces welcoming all anything other as an employee you should not be serving the public maybe in back cleaning
