Bobby Lupo's NY Style Pizzeria

How is this a New York Style pizza? I can make a better pizza than this without bubbles. Please do better with the bubbles this should’ve been a remake.

Bullshit! Doors says it's open on Sundays, online says its open. Place our order and be told im sorry there's nothing we can do. Figure your business out and we want our $$$ back!

The last 4 times we visited the drink machine was either out of order, empty, or both, at t he Harker Heights location.

My favorite pizza place in Harker Heights! Grab a pie, grab a beer, play some arcade games. This drips nostalgia in the best way; dine in or take out, I'm never disappointed.

You can tell the difference in who made the pizza. Pick up pizza had been sitting and was cold.

The ordering experience is enough to prevent me from visiting this establishment in the future. When calling to place an order, it’s a third-party service, and the answering service is not well versed in the products at the restaurant. Used Slice, their recommended vendor, was a nightmare; my order was never “pushed through” to the restaurant even though I was charged. After speaking to an extremely rude employee from the third-party answering service, my husband went to Bobby Lupo’s, where the staff showed zero empathy for the situation until my husband returned to pick up the order, nearly an hour after the order was placed. We’ll return to Tony’s in Killeen, at least when I call I know I’m not being routed somewhere.

Ordered a pizza from Bobby Lupo's at 7:30 PM on a Saturday. It never arrived. Their automated texts updated delivery from 8:15 to 8:50, then to 'tomorrow'. The restaurant wouldn't answer the telephone and their app to track it only allowed one to place an order. Never ordering here again.

Reminds me of home, great prices, great taste and the cheese fries are so good

Having spent time in Italy, and Sicily, I must say that Lupo’s is the closest thing to the real deal foods, including their pasta dishes, salads, and pizza. Marco and Pee Wee are not goofing off in the kitchen. They come to cook and to please their clientele. BRAVISSIMO!!👍. From Tony

Walked in around 4:30pm on a Saturday. A man greeted my husband and I, giving us a menu, clear and concise directions, and ample space and time to deliberate. All the tables were clean. All the floors were clean. The bathrooms were clean. Every space my nosy eye could see, was clean, even around the soda machine and under the video games. Ordered fried mushrooms with ranch dip, cheese sticks, a small cheese pizza, order of fries, Buffalo chicken sub with blue cheese dressing on the side, Italian sausage sub, and two fountain drinks.

The sodas were crisp with perfect balance of syrup and bubbles. Waffle fries were hot and crispy, with a clean finish and slight sweetness, like fresh oil was used. Cheese pizza was hot and bubbly, just perfect, and reheated well later at home too. Cheese sticks were crisp outside gooey inside and not one of them were popped. Ranch dip was fresh. Italian sausage was cut in half lengthways (see picture) and grilled with onions and bell peppers. Buffalo chicken sub consisted of fresh fried chicken tenders, Buffalo sauce, crisp shredded iceberg lettuce, and fresh, crisp Roma tomato slices. One of the chicken tenders was a little dry, but otherwise it was fantastic, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, though I might request extra Buffalo sauce next time because I like it spicy. The fried mushrooms were unfortunately slightly overcooked, but had great flavor. We really enjoyed it. Only discomfort I had was the greenish, off-putting lighting. I took two pictures of the same food, with and without flash. I was impressed with the professionalism, love and care we experienced, and hope to return with a bigger crowd next time.
