I came in yesterday (Tuesday 3/11) to pick up my online order. When I walked in no one was at the counter, no one greeted me. One employee was filling up their drink and didn’t say anything to me. A girl walked up to the counter from the back and said “can I help you?” in a way that sounded like I was bothering her. I told her I was there to pick up my order. She put my order on the counter and said “there you go” again in a tone like I was bothering her by being there. And then she went back to playing on her phone and walked away. No “thank you” No “is there anything else I can get you?” No “have a great day”. I don’t normally eat restaurant food so I’m not sure if poor customer service is just the norm now. But, I won’t be back. Over priced mediocre pizza with terrible customer service? No thank you.

I was a little worried seeing how the recent reviews were pretty poor, but I gave them a shot.
My experience was excellent. The place was clean and friendly. The gal at the counter was polite and friendly.
Ordered 2 cheese pizzas well done. I waited about ~15. The curst was thin and cooked well done. The sauce was flavorful and had a slight spicy flavor. Standard cheese.

Was it the best pizza in town? probably not.
Was it a 4 out of 5 thin crust NY style pizza? Yup.
Would I eat there again? Yes.

I've been to Harker Heights location and had great food. Also portion size was fair. If I order the X-Large 18" thats what I should get. It looked like they stretched a medium out to attempt to make an X-Large.

Love everything about this nostalgic place! As a native New Yorker, I really do miss New York city's pizza slices, but Bobby Lupo's NY Style Pizza took me back to a time and place of having great pizza! A Little slice of New York is found in Harker Heights!

Uber Eats delivery. It has been a while since I had Bobby Lupo’s pizza. I had a calzone a few weeks ago and tonight I ordered a large supreme pizza. It was delicious. Good amount of cheese and other toppings. The ham was not the shaved type but actual ham. My last few pizzas were from Marcos but not again. Good job.

I was a regular here about 8 years ago then I received a pizza that was not fully cooked. I called told them about my experience, and I was immediately told I was wrong and that the pizza was cooked because it’s a timed cook.
About two weeks ago my wife and I decided to give them another shot- we bought a medium cheese and a medium cheeseburger pizza. Crust was soggy, taste was off- to top it off, the cheeseburger pizza was missing toppings. No pickles, mustard, or ketchup. Unfortunately, I doubt the toppings would have saved it. My 3 year old loves pizza, and she refused to eat it. Sad to see such a solid pizza place become what it is.

You know that whole thing about first impressions. Well, that is the problem here. I walked into an empty restaurant and the person setting up decorations behind the counter neither greeted me nor let anyone in the back (if there was anyone in the back) know there was a customer waiting. After waiting a few minutes, I left.
