C & H Hawaiian Grill

No menus still. You don't substitute rice on kids meal for Mac, so I use to order side teriyaki and side of Mac which cost same as the kids meal, but then they stopped doing sides of meats. They have never had a Drive thru menu, they just use Togo menu flyers that they keep taken down and crossing out. Today lady said either come in or look at menu online. Disappointed

One of the saddest reviews I've had to post. This place is no longer what is was before. We ordered from them last night and was truly disappointed with the quality. Barely any meat in the dish, the smallest scoop of rice, and the mac salad just don't taste the same. Not to mention, the way they used to dish up the plate was just non-existent. The once family ran business just isn't the same.

Very disappointed ya’ll don’t have raw cabbage anymore, but the young man at the window that took my Togo order made up for it by giving us great service and being personable.

I have been a long time fan of C&H. But today January 31st 2025. I just fed my family of five counting a baby that does eat solid food. For under 30 bucks not counting the tip. You can't do that and any restaurant today. Not only is the food delicious, it's obvious that the owners care about their customers and not just raising prices. Thank you for being the place that you are.

We eat here all the time and tonight we ordered our dinner. Our order was 25 minutes late and the food was not the best. Our rice was not thoroughly cooked, the beef was small and did not taste right. The chicken had lots of ligaments. Just not the quality as in the past.

Ok I came to this place because my good friend back from American Samoa told me to come to this place because his uncle owns it. Honestly I would rather fly back to WA to eat L&L because the food there is way better. I got a chicken katsu plate.. rice wasn’t cooked all the way, the chicken was cold when and the mac salad was bland and not enough mayonnaise. Also the lights in here need to be cleaned. So much dust and cobwebs in them. Faafetai lava mo le avagoa 🫡

Food was lukewarm. Cashier was not friendly. could tell she did not want to be there. No chicken tenders so my kids couldn't eat anything but fries. Menu is so tiny and place is so dark we could barely see the menu.

Service is absolutely horrible. Incompetent staff, pulled into drive thru sait there a few moments before I noticed a closed sign on window. So I went inside thinking maybe drive thru is closed. Waited inside 5 minutes then drive thru bell chimes and instantly some little girl comes from back and goes straight to drive thru and changes sing to open. I said so the drive through is opened and she just gives me a deer in headlights look. Go somewhere else the food is not worth the service.

Kind of disappointed every time I come here the food is on point. today the salad is hard ,gravy is watery and I never knew they use rotisserie chicken for terri chicken that's the first . I drive from waco when I need my hawaii food fix. Just leaving bummed out today

All of our food order was cold & gad to warm in microwave. Fried Spam & teriyaki chicken was delicious. Khalua pork, sausage & macaroni salad was gross. French fries were cold & limp. Will not eat there again.

Usually love this place the food is great, but today was terrible - found a egg shell in my eggs and the meat patty was burnt black..

Always hits the spot for some comfort food. The Musubi just hits good.
