Worst cheese enchiladas I’ve had in 60 years! They were tough (needed a knife to cut them) dry and had barely any cheese in them. The Tex Mex sauce was pretty good. The queso had no flavor. They do have good margaritas!

Our waitress Summer was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and engaging and fun to talk to. Food here is always excellent. Atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Will continue to come back when visiting Killeen.

Tonight we were served by Christian and his service was excellent! It truly makes a difference when you have a server who cares and I can tell he was doing his best to make sure we had the best experience possible. I also noticed how much of a help he was to his coworkers and other tables. Your effort doesn’t go unnoticed Christian! Great job! The food and drinks were also excellent tonight. I have yet to have a Paloma as good as the one served here.

Chuys never disappoints! The service, food and atmosphere are great for all ages. Reasonably priced and good size portions. Their creamy jalapeño dip is what keeps us coming back weekly! Delicious!!
