100% of the time the patio is neglected and customer go without refills of drinks, 75+ minutes from orfering to food, amd no plates or utensils. The inside is empty. Its ridiculous. If its 100* out the least they can do is refull drinks.
The management needs to step it up and find solutions to continuous flaws in their leadership.

I'm from South Carolina so I'm the last person to give advice on good Hispanic food but man this place was awesome I got the chicka chicka boom boom enchiladas and spicy and so tasty it's a bit pricey but f you have the extra money YOU HAVE TO GO HERE!!!

We went to Chuys last night for a birthday dinner and the service was awful. We should have left and regret we didn’t. It took 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. The restaurant was almost empty at 6:45 pm on a Sunday night. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. When they were served we had no napkins and had to ask twice for them. Gave us 3 napkins for 4 people. Food was very bland. Steak fajitas meat had no flavor and was tough. I won’t be back.

I recently held an event here and had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—amazing service all around. The food was delicious, especially the steak burrito with the green chile sauce. They truly are “big as yo’ face.” Thank you to the whole team for helping us host such a great event!
