Uh-oh. We had a couple of good experiences with everything before this last time, but terrible this time. Consistency is everything with restaurants! Even though we went after lunch time, about 1:15, service was slow. I ordered the Baja shrimp tacos as I had done in the past. In the past they were good, came out nice and hot. This time, it was a mess of soggy tiny fried shrimps, lukewarm. It was as if they were made in advance and left to sit awhile. The shrimps were covered with a large pile of salad! Not good at all, and I couldn't eat my lunch. My husband's tacos were not as good either, no taste. What happened, Chuy's? Because of this one bad experience we won't be going back. There are too many other, much better Mexican food restaurants around.

The best part was the server Lillyana. Very pleasant and great attitude.The food could have been like the Chuy's in San Antonio. The enchiladas were okay but tasted like it had been microwaved. The Spanish rice was so dry and bland. The Chuychunga did not look freshly fried but more like it had been frozen and reheated. The chips were not warm when brought to the table. Also, had the food been freshly prepared and not reheated, it would have taken longer than 5 minutes after ordering to come to the table. The atmosphere was more like a fast food establishment. Definitely will not return to this Chuy's again.

The kids cheese quaesidillas definity don't have cheese in them. Thats a generic Kraft single pasturized product. Let's not false advertize please. Orignial Chuys was not that disrespectful.

Moving here 3 years ago, we were so excited to see a Chuy's coming to Killeen. So disappointed in the food quality. Deluxe Chicken enchiladas have zero flavor and the refried beans were very watery, instead of thick like Austin area Chuy's. It will be a long time before we return to this location.

Meh, not bad if you enjoy microwave type meals. No where near as good as the other locations...this location seems more like a fast food version. Service and atmosphere was good, not so much the food. I wanted to give this place more stars, but both experiences I've had as far as food quality (curbside and dine-in) wasn't that great.

2 of my sisters and I went to Chuy's on April the eighth around 6:15 PM. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. As we started to place our order (~6:40), the waitress stated they were out of enchiladas, burritos and panchos due to an oven not working. We would have appreciated the hostess informing us about the situation, that way we could have decided whether we wanted to wait or go someplace else. We were disappointed.
Nachos are awesome as well as the big as your face burrito. Waitress checked on us in a timely manner. ?

Food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! So hungry I forgot to take a picture..lol The chips and salsa were amazing! The ground bee/chicken and cheese enchiladas were fantastic, also the crunchy tacos were delicious too!! Service was outstanding too!!
