HORRIBLE service! They forgot half our take out order and had an attitude about it when we went back to get the items. Very unprofessional management; they were discussing employees in front of customers. The place looks run down and disgusting (broken windows, dirty floors, unclean environment overall). We will not be back!

I only bought egg rolls but the fryer oil they were cooked in was so old that they were boiled in rancid oil. I've never been to a place that had a no refunds sign before. Avoid this place.

The delivery driver in a took a puff at my door from an electric device and my box of food had wholes in them probably from him not driving carefully with the food

Hunan used to be my favorite place to eat from 2013-2016. They went down hill after they changed management or something else. Not as good anymore. Before they were rated 5. Now be lucky if they are 2.

I've ordered from here twice and both times it was good. I got Mongolian Beef, Beef and Broccolli, chicken teriyaki, chicken fried rice and shrimp rolls.All for less than $50. My go-to for take-out!

When I ordered egg rolls I expect a egg roll not a spring roll and the spring roll was saggy and hard and burnt on one end y'all need to stop selling them spring rolls and start selling classic egg
Ordered for pick up a couple of weeks ago. The food has taken a turn for the worse! It has been good in the past, well on and off but now it is awful, not worth the money or drive there.

Do not stop here!! Windows busted out in front and the building is in a state of disrepair!! I wanted some good hot and sour soup but I got egg drop! Extremely disappointed! This will be a bad idea for anyone to eat here!! I can't believe they're allowed to open!!

The rice has no flavor and was soggy. Order wasn't complete. Ordered sweet n sour chicken and got no sauce. Had to wait a long time to receive sauce and the food got cold. Never again!!!
