Joes Italian Restaurant

Started off with “the only thing you can drink is water or tea, our machine is out”. Next, I wanted to order a few appetizers, stuffed mushrooms? Didn’t have any. So, this is already a horrible experience. What else don’t they have? I still enjoy giving restaurants the benefit of serving their food. So let me back up… A few months ago, I ordered a couple pizza’s for dinner, take out. Waiting time was about an hour. Head over to pick up the pizza’s and the order was never made. Fast forward to today. I’m giving this place an opportunity again and so far a failure. Next review, plating, look, and taste of my. Salad was iceberg lettuce, not a great start for a mid level Italian restaurant. Lasagna was good, chicken Alfredo was good, cheese steak was good. I guess I’ll have to give them a third try on another day.

It was my fist time ever visiting waited 25 min for my meal got to my destination which was wk I was late cause thefood took so long and it was only spaghetti needless to say I was charged 12.00 for the meal I had no garlic bread and no utensils no napkins and the dinner salas was partially brown one slice of tomato and some cheese sprinkled on it "not a good experience on my first time visit.

Joe's Italian Restaurant was a delightful surprise! Even though we arrived close to closing time, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was perfect for families with kids, and the service was top-notch. Our little ones were entertained and happy, and we enjoyed a delicious meal without feeling rushed. We'll definitely be back!

Spent $60 on two pies and garlic bread. Food was 20 minutes late, even after an hour wait time.

-crust. Too thin on the bottom and soggy. Outer crust was tough and little flavor.
-sauce. Too thin, bland, no texture.
-cheese. Cheap, cheap, cheap! No flavor and greasy.
-toppings. Standard cheap pre-made trash toppings. I expected better than this from an Italian restaurant. Not the same garbage toppings I would get little Ceasers.

Garlic bread: 0/5 starts
No sauce, hard as a rock, zero flavor, and dense as a bag of sand. Oh, and dry! I can get better bread from a cheap chain restaurant.

We always have the same server and she is amazing! The cheff is amazing and friendly, he always helps bring out the food as soon as it is done so it never just sits there. We always leave full and happy

This place is great, the food is delicious, the staff and owner are very polite. The service is always prompt and get whatever you need. The food is authentic Italian and so great compared to a world of olive gardens and little Italys.

The service wasn’t too bad, but my overall experience was not great. They were out of stuffed mushrooms and eggplant parmesan which was disappointing. The food I ended up getting tasted more like it had come from a freezer than a kitchen. I chose the trio since they were out of eggplant parmesan, but it was mostly just cheese and red sauce with hardly any noodles or meat. Nothing tasted fresh.

Even though the place was busy, the staff seemed disorganized. It was like no one had a specific job, and a lot of them were just standing around, which made everything feel pretty inefficient. Overall, it wasn’t the best dining experience.

I ordered pickup today. It was my 1st experience with Joe's.

Ordering was easy, & my order was done within the estimated time frame given. I was greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant. The waitress was SO sweet. The gentleman who gave me my order was also really sweet! Thank you to both of them!

I ordered the Spaghetti Works, Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo, House Salads (came with the meals) & Garlic Bread.

This was, by far, the absolute BEST pasta I've EVER had!!! I actually ate most of the food myself It was all SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!! I can't wait to have more, & it shouldn't be long since I live so close lol

I have not had excellent Italian food in years, and while visiting Killen, I came across Jose Italian restaurant. The moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted and given a seat. The food was absolutely amazing, and so were the staff and services. The restaurant gave you authentic Italian vibes from how the tables, doors, and walls looked.
