Drive thru is slow.
Places is always filthy beyond belief inside. Something is always out in the soft drinks. The workers are always rude. The display screens for the drive through menu have been broken for years. Worst McDonald’s in the area.

McDonald's offers a familiar atmosphere with great food, but the service can be inconsistent. The employees are very friendly and the food is good. While some visits are smooth, others experience staff that isn't very nice, which isn't very pleasant. The Indian Trail location, in particular, has been praised for its exceptional team that provides welcoming service. They are wheelchair accessible and offer affordable Frappuccino coffees.
