Well service was not good I remember when I used to work for McDonald's we would greet people every time they came in or thru the drive thru but now they go like what can I get for you and go to the first window , like not wanting to be there we used to take pride of our restaurantKid-friendliness: No friendliness
We went to the Counter to order and a Employee just stood there and talking to other Employees and didn't care about the People at the Counter while the Manager was Mopping the floor. When the Manager ASKED Her to get the Customer's at the Counter She told the Manager YOU AIN'T MY BOSS so the Manager told her to Clock out and Go Home then she started ARGUING WITH THE MANAGER AND SAID SHE DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEND HER HOME. Went through drive through. Brook was exceptionally helpful and the food was hot! Best service we have received in a long time. Usually we visit Killeen Mcdonalds, HH Mcdonalds was amazing. Definitely recommend.
