Listen I normally Love Love Love Papa John's. This location to be exact! The staff is normally always friendly and up beat and most of them would recognize me because I am here a lot as it's my daughter's favorite spot. With all of that being said this past Thursday I sent my son in to get the pizza (we always do carryout because of the $8.99 special) and when he comes home he tells me the pizza was $76 ?. Ok nooo let me call... In the middle of my daughter's party.. so I get the call center and explain, he is very understanding and explains no just go back and we will adjust that because I am looking and they are $8.99. He transfers me to the Heights location and I explain again. This guy is so rude and nasty and I am explaining to him how this is a easy fit and he is like no you want me to take these pizzas back refund your money make new pizzas and charge you a discounted price that's a lot. YALL ALL I WANTED WAS FOR HIM TO ADJUST THE PRICE! He said drive back here and bring the pizzas because if you touched them I can't refund your money. WE HADN'T but wanted to keep the same pizzas because we were in the middle of my daughter's party and didn't want to wait. We get there he is a heavy set white guy (maybe a different nationality) glasses and a mean mug on his face but no name on his name tag. He refunds the money and I purchase the exact same pizzas at $8.99 after he opens every single box to make sure they are untouched. UNBELIEVABLE. He had an employee prepping to make 4 new pizzas and tells her don't worry about making those with an attitude. The point of this review is to say DO BETTER! NOT to say don't go there because the food is amazing and the staff is normally great! I just need Corporate or whoever is over the employees to have a conversation with this guy about customer service.

Ordered pizza online, 1 thin & 1 original crust. Both came thin crust so I called the store. I told the gentleman that answered the phone my issue. He put me on hold to say his manager would remake the 1 pizza that was wrong crust and redeliver. Pizza NEVER showed

I made an error on my end through the papa johns app and accidentally put the order in twice. I decided to call the store and Victor was able to at it fixed. He was polite and friendly and understood the situation. You know most people who work in the food industry sometimes don’t seem to care or would just say “sorry that’s the app” and say it’s to late but he did go above and beyond. The pizza also looked great and he seems to care about his customers.

Cold pizza delivery is their specialty. You want hot pizza order carry out. Unbelievable they send their drivers to deliver multiple orders and all you can do is sit and watch them go around town delivering other orders while yours get cold. Very bad

There pizza is horrible. I wanted a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. They gave me a pizza loaded with sauce and cheese couldn't see the pepperonis and they used minced mushrooms. Couldn't see or taste them either. Their pizzas don't have good flavor at all . Very sloppy. A waste of our money. Would have been better off buying little cesars pizza.
