Food is pretty good, never had a bad experience with the food, sometimes the wait is very very long though. Especially in the drive through.

So hubby and I had to drop our R.V. in the shop to check the brakes so we decided to eat here while we waited for them to finish. Hubby ordered a 2 piece dark with a big red beans and rice with a side of popcorn shrimp to eat on the way home lol and I ordered 3 tenders and a side of macaroni 😋 Lol they ask you what type of sauce I wanted but it never hit the bag plus no napkins so please check your bags friends 😉

Some of us order delivery because we’re not able to physically go to the restaurant, i ordered 3 easy items so i just don’t understand how the order still gets messed up, i ordered classic boneless wings and some how got garlic Parmesan and then i was missing my strawberry biscuit, this crew needs to get it together cause there is no reason why an order of literally 3 items is wrong, this is ridiculous.

I went there today they didn’t have no pickle items. Pickle items just released?!? Y'all don’t ever have anything and even one time said y'all didn’t have any chicken ! It’s always a long wait I’m surprised this location hasn’t closed down already.

Had potential to be a great store! Management looks like they care about customers and keeping the workers in check, very impressed

Waited 30 minutes for only 2 items when there was 2 people in front of me, wasn't busy at all. Fried pickles were cold and didn't taste like anything. Ordered the pickle lemonade but they rang it as regular drink so I couldn't get it.

Trash, even for a Popeyes. Ordered a strip combo. Chicken is cold and has obviously been sitting for a while. Dry with no flavor. Why do you even try to say you have spicy and regular? They both taste the same. The person taking the order sounded like I was an inconvenience to her and asked “What do you want?” No honey for the biscuit, no hot sauce, no bbq sauce offered. Straight up trash food and service.

Terrible service. Had a mobile order and stood there waiting for anyone assist me. All the employees appeared to be "high" eyes barely open and moving like a sloth. Pitiful employees. Fire and rehire. Front girl at the register name is Yanna the other boy I think is new because he seemed lost and didn't have a name tag.

I’m at the drive through I order a 8 piece family meal, This where it gets crazy… I ask for all wings in my bucket… the guy taking the order says hold on.. comes back and says we don’t have enough.. I said I’ll wait on it then another lady says it will be 30 to 45 min wait cause that chx just came up.. I said ok how many wings do u have… they say we have 2 wings a leg and a thigh and the rest breast.. I said ok and it’s 30 mins to wait… which is crazy cause if that’s all the chx u have you should already be dropping more… Mind u there is a line of cars in the drive thru… but back to what the guy said, and I quote “it going to be a while we have to sell all the chx we have in order to drop some more” I’ve never In my life of all the Popeyes have heard this… But that’s not the kicker… I’m appalled at this point so I immediately want to right a review! So I pull over into the parking lot to write this review and what do I see, two workers coming out the front laughing and talking and txtin on phones…. Then I realize it’s not that they can’t it’s that they don’t want to… If your workers are not going to do the said job that they applied for then u might want to fire them or just shut the whole place down at this point! N based off the other reviews of this establishment I suggest a shut down or new management

This is the most ridiculous place. I placed my order at 6:52 and I’m now just getting my food at 7:45. Where does this make sense and the girl that was packing the food was doing it so slow I couldn’t even find my order I love Popeyes, but this Popeyes suck. I will be calling the manager in the morning Because the manager has own shift now has no control over the situation there.
