Great service

I was left waiting at the counter for 6 minutes (I started timing it since it's not the first time) before my presence was even acknowledged. I had no idea if my food was ready and it's just sitting there, being worked on and I could have gone to sit down out of the way, or if they even had or started the to go order. I don't think I am asking for much, just want to be told I will be with you in a minute so I know I am thought of as I stand there awkwardly or some confirmation on an online order so I don't just stand in limbo waiting for someone to even look at me.

I usually don't eat Popeye's chicken personally. I was picking up an order for my customer. I can say the aroma inside Popeye's establishment peaked my curiosity. I went back the next day to place an order for fried pickles, biscuits, and the blueberry cheesecake. Biscuits were a little dry. Cheesecake too sweet. Fried pickles were tasty.

It was long over do when they finally opened a Popeyes in Harker Heights. That being said this place just needs to be closed down.

Everytime there is a issue. System or just extremely long wait time with wrong order and things that honestly can't be understood.

I will never go to this Popeyes and I recommend you don't either. All hope is lpst and they will never get it together.

06/08/26 i love this popeyes. It never disappoints.
02/23/26 went to get my chicken fix. Still the best Popeye's around.
'I live in southwest killeen and drove to HH to get my chicken because the one killeen is crap in every way and should be torn down The whole experience in HH was wonderful. I will drive the extra miles just for my chicken.

Got the order wrong... there was napkins on the floor the whole time we were there...two employees walked right by them, didn't clean tables.

I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and nun of them had pickles poor performance weak crew yall need new members

I just gave up completely on this store. If you go thru the drive through it takes forever and they give you the wrong order, this past Friday decided to Uber Eats instead of going to through the drive thru and the order was delivered wrong as well. I mean… what’s wrong with people working at this store? Do they really don’t care about the customers or is it a Popeyes system issue? Not going back to this specific store

The employees don't know how to do their job. Service is the worst and then you get attitude. Go somewhere else.

I placed an online order for a 12 pc wings and a large fry when i got there they said we out of wings , so i asked well can i get a refund and they said do it through the app so when i went to the app it had no cancel option on there so i told them i can’t cancel they said oh well we can’t give u a refund since it was an online order there was no help so i had to call my card to despute the transaction to get my money back
