Did an order online for 4:15 when I get there order is not ready. They were very rude and keep serving the drive thought. I told them I would settle for a mixture spicy and regular they keep telling me 2 more minutes. Also there was an employee sitting there at a table. They kept calling her to come to work. She wouldn't answer them or even look at them. This Popeyes is so poor management poor employees, just poor atmosphere overall garbage.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. First one was horrible but the manager moved quickly and made a fresh one that was as great as it should have been. Used a coupon from the store a saved big. Will definitely return to Popeyes. My favorite chicken choice.

Almost ever time I go the service is terrible. They never have what you want or they get the order wrong. They also don’t open on time. They’re set to open at 10:00am, yet when I arrived at 11:00am they said that they weren’t open yet and had nothing ready to serve. They also left me sitting in the drive through and ignored me instead of saying they weren’t ready. I had to go inside to even be told that they weren’t open and ready to serve food. Wasted my lunch break! 04/15/2024

You need a lot patience to get food from here. They are constantly behind and have 10 customers waiting every time. No one moves with a purpose. Wonder who the owner is ???? Definitely not trying make any money. Customers are all upset and constantly leaving.

This place is so bad. I ordered 3 kids meals and it took 50 minutes just to get it. there was about 11 people behind the register just playing around. I would not recommend this place.

This was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. I stood up front for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the register (keep in mind it was not busy) and multiple people made eye contact and continued to ignore me. Finally someone came up with an attitude. Took my order and told me they don't have any chicken.... at Popeyes and it'll be 3-5 minutes. I said fine. She told me the total and I put my card in then she walked off and didn't come back. Didn't give me a receipt or anything. I sat and waited while music blared like I was in 2008 Hollister store. After 15 minutes I went up to try to just get a refund and leave and no one would come up. I sat back down another 15 minutes. Finally after 30 minutes the cashier came up and handed me food. Which I took to the car and found it was cold. And on my way out I realized rhe ither "patrons" were employees sitting down not working. Honestly it's partly my fault for not leaving after no one came to the cash register when I first walked in. Worst food establishment I've been to. I don't expect much from Popeyes but that was ridiculous. I can't believe I waited 30 minutes and spent $20 for cold chicken served with an attitude.

Every time I go here the service is sooo lousy. It's super slow , At times the drive thru will have excessive lines for no reason. Don't show up at 1030 pm because you will not get to order or you will be met with hostility from the people in the drive thru. I go here often and 90 percent of the time this is life. This place should move. Or better yet just close permanently.

I went to this Popeyes last week Sunday and everyone in my house had food poisoning the following day it took over an hour to get my food after placing my order online ahead of time as well. I waited inside to pick up my food and waited 30 minutes and the person in front of me still hadn't been helped I then waited in the drive thru line for another 30 minutes with one car being helped at a time and everyone having to wait at the box to even be spoken to, after finally getting home the chicken tasted burnt as if the oil hadn’t been changed at all and the Oreo cups were the texture of styrofoam. And after contacting someone about the fact my family got food poisoning from this place I still haven’t gotten contacted back about a full refund from an agent or anyone really. I hadn’t had Popeyes in over a year and now I never will eat here again disgusting.

Stood in line to order forever. As I looked around, there were about 8 other people behind us who were still waiting on their food. We couldn't even get the employees to look at us to even order. So while I waited, I watched . They were very busy but absolutely no one was in a hurry the staff moved like zombies no one wore gloves or hair nets. The fry cook was wiping his nose on the back of his hand then continued to cook. So after no one even making eye contact with us I was glad we never ordered after seeing this. We walked out. We will not go back!

I used to work at popeyes harker heights for 2 months and they normally had me work front counter and I decided to quit because everyday while I was working the managers were always rude to me and they were also overworking me and most of the time they did not give me lunch breaks or any breaks at all and they would also force me to stay longer than what time my shift normally ended ( for example my shift would normally end at 5pm but sometimes it would end at 7pm or 8pm and the latest time I ever got out was at 9pm) and everyday while I was working I would try vary hard to do what ever it takes to make the managers proud and most of the time that did not seem to work and also sometimes customers were rude to me for no reason and the managers did not care ( and I wonder If anyone that remembers me from there is actually reading this and if so, what I would like to say is if you new how to treat your employees better im shore you would not be short staffed)Vincent

The drive thru says it is open at 10:30 even though it opened at 11 so I walked in and ordered my food the manager was rude the service was horrible. Then when my food was finnaly done the manager slammed my bag of food on my counter. I would not come her only because of the customer service.
