I experienced demeaning and disrespectful behavior from your manager at the Harker Heights location was on 01/24/2024 at 6:30 pm. The individual, an African American woman with red hair, claimed falsely about corporate and the district manager being present. I waited 5-15 minutes at the intercom with no response.

We ordered Popeyes from this jacked up restaurant and your jacked up restaurant did not put a chicken sandwich that was ordered in the bag. After a phone call they said they will not redeliver that I have to go to the restaurant and get it. It is your fault not mine why should I have to come to the restaurant and pick it up. Do not order delivery from this place you are bound to get screwed over. It doesn’t take a degree to work fast food and get it right.
