We pulled up to the speaker and had to wait until after 3 vehicles ahead of us got their food and left before our order was taken. Cashier kept repeating he'd get our order in a minute. Finally ordered 8 pc spicy chicken, just chicken, 1 reg leg, 1 strawberry biscuit and an apple pie. At the window we were told out of biscuits and asked if we wanted it taken off. Really? Not sure what is it about this place and its employees. But I have purchased food here several times. And every time I make a large order they always forget to put everything in the bag. Not sure why this is an on-going issue. The first two times I just went home and didnt mind because I assumed it was a human error. But 5-6 times its a pattern. We love Popeyes' food, but there is always a wait and then something is missing!! ? In this last scenario, that happened today, we waited 10-15 minutes for our order. Based on how it was positioned in the bag, it seemed correct. Unfortunately, when I got home and started unpacking the food, our 3rd side (family Cajun fries) was missing. We love the fries!
