Sakura Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar

Nestled conveniently near a gas station in Harker Heights, this restaurant exceeded all expectations and turned out to be an incredible find. Although I don’t usually frequent such spots, the food was simply outstanding, particularly the salmon tower, which was not only generous in portion but also delightful in flavor, leaving my wife and me with enough for two extra rolls to take home. At only $18.00 for the tower, it offered exceptional value for the quality presented. The house sake was a pleasant surprise as well—reminiscent of a milder tequila, it added a unique touch to our dining experience. I’m already looking forward to returning, especially with my kids, as there’s a spacious table ideal for a family outing. Additionally, this venue also doubles as a romantic setting, making it perfect for date nights, so if you’re seeking a charming place to unwind, this spot is definitely worth considering.

My hubby and I had a lovely Valentines Day date night here last night. Great food, great music and the decor was so cute. Our server Matteo was also fabulous! Ask for Matteo next time you're here, he'll take great care of ya

Birthday dinner here and first visit. My date enjoyed his bulgogi bowl, I had combination fried rice and the vegetables were burned which penetrated the dish. I will give them another try.

This truly my go to place and has been for years. I love walking in and knowing that I will get a fantastic meal and pleasant experience. Some the best sushi around. It’s well trusted! I highly recommend this place. And I don’t do this often!

The whole dinner and experience was beyond amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by everyone, so warmly & welcoming. Our waitress explained everything we didn’t know and all the food tasted so delicious and fresh. From the sushi and seafood to the bulgogi and dumpling. I can’t wait to go back! the fries rice is soooo good - but very oily

This place was amazing. A quiet atmosphere to enjoy some warm soup and delicious sushi. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and a sunshine roll. Oishii!

I remember the first time I came in with my friends and as soon as we walked in the server named (Ken) welcomed us and served us. Was anxious to come here as there are some bad reviews but I came by myself with my three kids and we ate a lot, everything was tasty. I loved the bulgogi beef bowl and the stuffed avocado was delicious.
