Paid $12 plus tax for a sandwich. No drink. No side. The bread was stale & I didn’t get the sandwich I paid for. Schlotzsky’s has lost my business. Too expensive & food is not fresh.

We got the French dip. Never having been there before I was expecting so much more. Hardly any meat on the sandwich, au jus was flavorless, and the "bun" was so weird. It was airy. It reminded me of cloud bread, made with almond flour. Was not a fan at all. I definitely will not be returning there ever again. Ohh and it's pricey too for what you get.

To the lady working the front counter today. You showed extremely good patience with those two asian ladies who couldnt make up their mind and took 15 min to order. I didnt mind the wait but what i can respect is how patient you were. Im sure the sandwitch they ordered at the beginning of the ordeal was already done and cold by the time they finished their order. So cudos to you maam. I knew it was frustrating but you did great. As always the sandwitch was great and thank you. A++

I’m very upset, went in ordered 2 original sandwiches, waited 20 minutes and still no food, everyone who walked in and ordered after us were served their food. I asked where our was and was told it already went out? They said they would re make it for us, by this time I’m very upset and just asked for a refund! Very very disappointed!!

To immediately make your guest feel UNWELCOME & UNCOMFORTABLE is tacky & distasteful!!! This particular establishment is garbage!!!
