First time here yesterday. Our granddaughters enjoyed the ice cream. It took a minute for them to decide on which flavor. The owners were so patient in giving them sample of ones they were interested in. I had the Honey Lavender. It was so good and creamy. Definitely will be back!

Went there last night about 8:20ish and to start the lady working was so nice and sweet. We watched her take some kids order while still confirming thier choices with the father that was very smart and respectful, Onto us she was very kind and answered the 2 questions I asked so a knowledgeable employee is always a plus the shake was very delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed the sake and latte he got too. I highly recommend trying this place out and if you do i recommend the littering shake with Salted caramel ice cream Thank-you ❤️

The best lotus drinks in Texas (Killeen, Harker Heights, Round Rock, Austin). The service is outstanding!!! All of the ice cream flavors are delicious!!! They are also Veteran owned and military friendly with a military discount!!! This is a MUST place to try!!!

The ice cream is amazing but the service wasn't that great I went a couple days ago with my boyfriend and they took our order but didn't listen to us we need up needing to repeat our orders multiple times and we were the only ones in there they kept talking amongst themselves like weren't even there and on top of that they made my boyfriends order wrong this was my only bad experience I like the shop just service needs to be fixed
