Daniel, the general manager, was an amazing help. I bought my dad a gift card for Father’s Day and it wouldn’t work for him. The waiter told him he couldn’t use the gift card at the store they were at so I called to inquire about a refund on the gift card. I was very annoyed and felt like I wasted my money and my time. Luckily, Daniel answered the phone and he was very kind and diligent in de-escalating / correcting the situation. I fully expected to have to deal with someone that was careless but was very pleasantly surprised to come across great customer service. It still exists in 2026! Thank you Daniel.

Niko was extremely helpful. When we mention it was our first visit she went out of her way to walk us through the menu and point out some popular items. She was attentive during our meal and checked on us several times to make ensure we had everything we needed. We had a stellar experience.
