The young lady working the front counter, Marley, was very friendly and provided excellent customer service and was very helpful when bringing out the order to the table, she provided extra condiments to go along with my meal. Very refreshing to see a young person that does her job and is actually genuinely happy to be at work and takes pride in doing a good job and provides a pleasant dining experience for all of her customers.

I don’t get the hype. I stopped by Whataburger expecting something special, and what I got was a long wait, bad service, and zero sense of urgency from the staff. The food was really bad and clearly not fresh—the burger was soggy, tasted old, and the fries seemed like they’d been sitting out way too long. My order was still wrong after repeating it twice.
