I always enjoy the pretzels, but not necessarily the service. During the pandemic, it's understandable that staff should limit their conversations with patrons, but literally not making eye contact, placing a mobile order on the counter, and mumbling what may have been thank you is not acceptable. I had to verify that the items before me were mine and had to ask if all my items were there. It should be customary to confirm a customer's order and make sure they actually understand if you're taking them.
Food was hot, everything was good, the people were great, but I had to wait 30 minutes more or less.

Wrong prices displayed and they said they couldn't correct them. They should have said something before I ordered. I called their district office and they never got back to me, just took my message. I called the corporate office and they apologized and gave me a coupon for a free pretzel. They couldn't do anything else because it is a franchise.
