First time trying it out I ordered to go the backyard special. The brisket sandwich was really good . If you are a fan of brisket sandwiches don’t hesitate to order it you won’t be disappointed !

Food and service was great. The waitress was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. The only thing was that we went at 1pm , and they had already ran out of potato salad. You cant eat BBQ without a good potato salad. Maybe next time. Over all, I recommend if you are in the mood for good bbq. 👍🏻

The portions were great for the price. Really enjoyed the brisket and chicken. Service was good and the restaurant was calm and quiet. Perfect for a quick but delicious lunch.
My favorite was the moist brisket and potato salad. I will be bringing friends and family here to try it out soon!

Most of the food is good. Waitress is lacking, she never bothered to ask if we needed anything else or offered refills on the drinks.
I have lived in the valley since 2014. I have never found a place that is that good, and the food is excellent. The ribs are so soft. They fall off the bone. I have never tasted brisket. That's soft in my life. I would 1000 times recommend this place. The ladies who own it are very nice and very polite. I drove from La Feria to go there.

Well served plate at a reasonable price-I had the 2 meat combination; the brisket was fork tender, but lacked the smoky taste of what I grew up expecting from Texas BBQ brisket. The chicken leg was tastier, and had a rich, smoky, ( mesquite smoked?), taste. The charro beans were a surprise hit with me! They looked bland in the cup but were seasoned just right! I even drank the bean “soup “! Potato salad was a little plain, but worked with the beans. Home-run with the Banana Pudding! Big serving and delicious! Overall and enjoyable meal; I would give it 4.5 ⭐️
