Visiting Harlingen for work I stumbled on this place by accident while driving around. I stopped in to get a burger. The place was nicely decorated with cow hides on the walls. An overall rustic feel. The menu was a bit limited. I ordered a single patty burger and onion rings. When you get your burger its plain but you can put any and all toppings you want on it. The burger wasn't much to look at but when I bit into it I thought it was pretty damn good! Stop in here and check it out yourself! Support a local business!Note: this location was in a plaza located at Ed Carey Blvd & Sunshine Strip 77. Looks like they used to be located in the mall a couple of exits west down the freeway.

They got my order wrong I ordered the double meat burger and got charged for it and they gave me the regular burger single meat instead. Horrible first experience here.

Waited forever for a burger that was made incorrectly, with cheese completely cold, and the patty very raw. Not the Branding Iron it once was. Extremely disappointed.

“Not the same as they used to be” I agree 100% it’s $13 for a burger with cheese and bacon w/ cold fries and drinks that are flat. McDonald’s let me get 5 double cheese burgers with bacon for $13 plz don’t recommend.

This location should've stayed closed. Rude employees, slow service which could've been ok if the food wasn't completely stale and obviously old with clumpy cheese. Nothing like the actual restaurant.
