Buffalo Wild Wings

We have been going to BWW for years it has it's ups and downs but I just want to say the manager today 12/11/25 evening shift needs a different job we were charged a drink we definitely did not order and she refused to take it off our bill wow $3.99 we never got our cheese cake orders were taking forever our waiter was good but there's only so much they can do when not enough staff scheduled which falls on management! We will not be going back for a loooong time hopefully maybe things will change!

Great place to watch a college game. Staff is nice and friendly. Would recommend this place.

Told us to sit down in whatever table, but all were full and messy. Didn’t get a server assigned we had to call one. Took super long to even serve a drink. 20 min wait for the drinks and about 40 mins for cold wings.

This place is beyond cold they need to have someone from management come and inspect this place please. And the plates they serve the food in are cold as well

Save yourself the time and money and just go to the Chilli’s down the street. Service was honestly horrible; our waiter Cielo, bless her soul it may have been her first day, was extremely lost and took forever to get us our ranches and the highly praised blazer sauce. She also took ages to come to our table and bring us our menus, not to mention the fact that she was extremely chopped. By the way, the blazer sauce was honestly horrible, so horrible in fact that we are on the way to get ice cream to erase that horrible “flavor” from our mouths. There was also a dying baby behind us apparently.

This place has gone down hill since they the change was done where we sit ourselvea. It's seems the waitresses are lost or don't know what they are doing because it takes at least 20 min for someone to take your order. Then about an hour to get your food when it's busy. For us today was the last straw after coming here for years we will not be returning. The wings have become disgusting lately, they are hard and small. Fried pickles are also not good anymore today it was just so cold in the restaurant today are food got cold quick. Pic is of our very hard, cold, small wings 🤮

Waited 15 minutes for drinks to be served and an hour for food to be served on top of that wings and fries where super cold & wings where all dried with a little bit of sauce told the manager about the situation and said she can put it in the microwave for us to heat it up. Plus it was slow for them to be serving cold food and taking forever it’s ridiculous First and last time never again.

Great place to watch a football game. Lots of screens. Sound system could be better. Atmosphere is very good. Service was acceptable. Wings were good but not exceptional. Very surprised they did not have any sweet tea and did not have just plain old sugar to sweeten the regular tea. All they had was sweet and low. Best part of the meal was the fries!

2025-10 Review: ordered boneless wings and water only. No crowd. 35 minute wait for the wings and they were boned wings! Reordered and got correct wings in less than 5 minutes! Water tases horrible with heavy chemical taste. Was still hungry so ordered small fries. Came lukewarm. Very disappointing dinner.

It took 1hr to get a lemonade and 2 beers and the beers was actually super warm... our food was very cold (it probably sat for a while before they brought it to our table) and we tried to talk to someone about the drinks and we were treated with bad attitude... I have had bad times there before but after last night I wont go back... very unfortunate

Very disappointmented with my online pickup experience today. I placed an order online specifically to save time and arrived promptly at 6 PM for my scheduled pickup. I was surprised to find that people who had just walked in and placed their orders were given their food before me. I ended up waiting an extra 40 minutes for my order. This process is frustrating and makes online ordering pointless if it's not a more efficient option than simply walking in and ordering.

Waited 20 minutes to be greeted and the restaurant was pretty much empty, just about 90% of the tables were dirty and full of dishes. Server had a poor attitude and seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. Food was just gross and when I asked to talk to a manager it took her 20 minutes to come by. No apology no nothing. Bad service, bad food, dirty restaurant and the carpet is gross

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings today but I left after seeing multiple tables with dirty used dishes. The restaurant's a/c is not working because its not cool - it felt warm. The restaurant needs a major makeover; the carpet is worn out, the place looks like a cheap gritty bar . When I walked in, not a single employee greeted our group. We walked toward the bar, hoping it was cooler than the dining area but it was the same ( dirty tables , uncleaned floors, dishes had not been picked up ) DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sorry @BWW- just being honest
