Takeout is the way to go. The inside is usually dirty. Floors sticky, bathrooms dirty, or tables not wiped down correctly.

The fold can be better at times, the wings can be a little dry, but overall, it's usually good. Service can be slow so I prefer takeout. Other BWW's are usually better. 3 stars mang!

It was not busy enough in this restaurant for the lack of service. It’s disappointing to sit somewhere for 20 minutes without being greeted but making eye contact with each employee in the area. This particular location has a poor reputation for ignoring you if you sit alone at a table. And both servers watched me get up and walk out. Definitely a wasted trip out of my way to go to a different location. Stick to Weslaco, they like their customers.

I ordered to go. Got there around pick up time which was around 5:56pm today 3/14/25 and well. The girl at the register was showing me my food and I got chili on my fries and hache queso on other fries. The cook literally put a nickel sized glob of each in the middle of the fries smh ! I asked is that it ? Register girl said oh that’s not a lot huh ? No its not lmao wtf I spent over 50$ to get that crap and well they added more and the cook didn’t look to thrilled getting called out. Anyway better customer service for sure. That’s why I always hit up wing barn or wing stop at least they don’t skimp out. Do better management!!!!

Food was hard & burnt service is horrible waited forever just to receive wings that tasted recooked

Service in this location has always been a problem. In peek days especially holidays like valentines I’ve noticed this location in particular will either silence the phones and all calls go unanswered the entire day. I’ve experienced this issues on one too many occasions for it to be a coincidence. BWW Headquarters seriously needs to look into who has been poorly managing this location. My suggestion to future unfortunate customers is to go to any other location but this one.

well to be honest we gone alot of times but this pass week tue the guy at the bar side was bad i never had bad service till tue he was to busy talk to some chick insted of check whit the customer he was bad for service Rayan adn Dee are the best the guy u had tue was terriable took long to check on us and took long to check us out abf there wws not many ppl very disapointed bring back Dee or Rayan

Were called nachos supreme They tasted awful. I think the quality of food just went down. My girlfriend ate the chicken sandwich It looked like if she was eating at mcdonald's .(Burgers are SMALL). I've been to the one in (WESLACO TX) And Thats a pretty good Buffalo wings

Food was cold and fries were soggy for takeout

Walked in and tables were filthy while workers were talking, worker promised to clean up, never came back. Gave me the toes of a chicken, my friend a bone covered in skin and counted it as a wing, and gave my other friend 9/10 wings. They offered deals that lasted only minutes and the waiter said we are paying full anyway. Finally Walked into the restroom and saw a urinal missing, ended up peeing myself.

The service was horrible our server completed ignored me and never asked me if I needed a refill and hardly ever acknowledged I was there I would never go again. This is the 3rd time I’ve had bad service here. Try to give it the benefit of the doubt but won’t recommend anyone to this buffalos. Never again….

Wait time 30 mins for a party of 2.... about 9 table empty, 4 servers in the area not counting the bar. Poor management.... about 20 ppl waiting for tables and servers moving too slow.

I am a huge fan of Buffalo wild wings but this location, Is lacking. I’d start off by auditing the cook’s skills.

When I arrived it took someone 20min to come and acknowledge us and thats just because I got up and advised them I had been waiting for a server for 20min and all I was told that she would go look for someone once she was done with her tickets. Food was burned and hard, waiter was rude there was a fly in my drink. I requested for food to be changed and all i was given was a stare like nothing was wrong with my food.
