I went this morning to buy the 2 for 4 croissants. My son loves the breakfast from there. I order and when I got my croissants they were old. The sausage was hard and the bread was cold. They are never like that my poor son still ate them like that. Such a disappointment.

This Burger King Is not the best. ? I do pick up orders because its more convenient for me. Well the first time I went I got three kids meals. I chose the options for the toys and the apple juice. They didn't Have apple juice so I got orange juice. They replace the toys with cookies which if I knew I would've went somewhere else because that's the whole point of getting the kids meals for my three toddlers. So today I once again did a pick up order Ordered the same. This time 2 toys were missing. ? now I got two upset kids. I was going to turn around and tell them something but the line was pretty long. Food is okay not too bad, customer service is okay as well. Whoever is expediting needs to be making sure all the items are in the bags.

This place had rats ?a few years ago, even came out on the news, avoid at all costs
I went to use my coupon that I received from T- Mobile. The employee was not having and did not want to assist. In addition, the manager was there on the front line on his cell phone not wanting to help as well. So, the situation was that T Mobile customers were given coupons to get a free whopper with a $3 purchase in the mobile app. I showed the cashier the information and the coupon and that the coupon didnot expire until April 9th, 2024; She wanted to argue with me that it is supposed to be used only on Tuesdays! I stated ma'am if it was supposed to be only used on Tuesdays it would not have an expiration date of April 9th, 2024 and it would not have been available for me to use today! She just stated I can't help you and we can not use the coupon in the store. So, now I have learned not to use coupons in BK because they will not provide customer service and I guess that is why their parking lot stays empty. (See pictures below)
