Sorry, but when you are a well known establishment and charge the prices you do, slow service is not an option. And it was not even busy.

Well, unfortunately this establishment has let our family down yet again. We tried to give this place a second chance and yet again, horrible experience. We got sat down Right away, but that was about it. Having about 4 to 5 servers just chewing the fat in the back, from what I could see, while we waited for a waiter or waitress to come take out drink order. We left after about 10 minutes. No waiter/ waitress ever came by. Corporate you need to get this store in check.

My wife and I decided to enjoy some burgers and I just have to say, WOW DELICIOUS!! Friendly staff and delicious food, couldn't have asked for anything else!
We chose to go to Chili's after my daughter graduated middle school... She, nor I, ate our meals... The chipotle was so over seasoned... And the plates were getting sent out separately... Our table had about 15 people.. some were waiting, some were done, while the others were still eating... Never again smh.. only thing that was good about the time there, was our waitress.. trying to correct it.... But for $18 a plate, it needs to be up to par.. n it just wasnt

There is poop on all the food.
There’s never any soap in the men’s restroom. So every man in the restaurant is walking around with crap on their hands. Every piece of food that they touch is dirty.
The restrooms are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks- who knows how dirty the kitchen is.
It’s is MUCH HARDER to keep a kitchen clean then it is to keep A RESTROOM CLEAN. The only excuse is laziness.
