We ordered on line today and still had to wait 25 more minutes after the time that was sent for ordered to be completed. I guess it our fault for not checking the order, no tender no biscuits but now wify had. But my wife hates to complain but not me. Wait she just walked in, time to eat some cold ass chicken.

Whatever happened to your chicken sandwiches? They suck now! You started out with a BANG with your sandwiches with Texas Pete sauce and seasoning. The sandwiches were big with a nice crispy chicken breast, it rivaled Popeye’s in my opinion. Not any more. I’ll never go back to Church’s you sacrificed quality for costs. Shame on you.

Manager doesn’t know how to do her job and should be replaced with someone who knows what they’re doing. She got the order wrong after repeating it Multiple times and was still missing items from the order after. She got mad and claimed she didn’t hear anything of what we told her and when we wanted to get the items she said we were in the wrong for trying to receive the items.

I just went through drive thru and was parked by management for over 15 mins went back to the drive thru and asked is my food ready they started looking at the screen like obviously they forgot about me so I told the manager you told him to park me and I've been waiting over 15 mins and she just puts up her hand like calm down and says the tenders just came out...wow how convenient then they don't put the gravy on the side like I requested and now I get home and they forgot to put in the biscuits that were suppose to go with my meal!!! Very disappointed but it's pointless to call they will probably say I did get the biscuits and just trying to get free shit so I'd rather come on here and blast them. Ty

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at Churches Chicken. The food was shockingly cold, as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. To add insult to injury, the service was painfully slow. The staff seemed completely disorganised, and the wait time was excessive. On top of that, my order was missing several items. I would strongly advise against visiting this location if you value hot food and efficient service.

Very unprofessional person taking orders at front counter. Second time she has taken my order second time I have unfavorable service. Next time I walk in and that same person is at the front counter I will definately walk out

Aside from the obvious cat infestation and the homeless people hanging around the area the service is nonexistent. We went thru the drive thru and we're told to park. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food. No one came out to apologize for the wait or tell us how much longer the food would be. They took so long the parking lot was starting to back up with cars waiting for their orders. After 40 mins I went inside only to find out the food had been sitting there the whole time no one had bothered to bring the food out. I was pissed. Never coming here again.

Seems like every time we dine in there's a issue ,the manager Lisa has no business being there .Why can't my family get biscuits as paying customers ,why cause she's taking them home Wow that's what my wife was told , Tonight I went in there 30 minutes till closing ,and I heard the gossip and for her to say it'll be half and hour just say you don't wanna work .Y'all losing customers cause this employee .I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous Everytime .Get rid of her it's hurting sales .
