Church's Texas Chicken

I asked for potatoes, gave me fries instead . I asked the cashier if it comes with white gravy she told me yes and when I got home to check there was none whatsoever . Food is good overall but service is poor .

First time trying church chicken and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, but the fries not so much.

Very bad service, I called and called and they never answered me.

The food was pretty good, but the rude customer service will definitely prevent us from coming back to this location.

The chicken tenders were good, as was the coleslaw and fries. The biscuits were delicious. I tried to order water with my lunch but was told they don't have it. I found it in the dispenser and it worked fine. I then found a charge of about $2.40 for Pepsi on my receipt. Kind of expensive water!! I did not have any Pepsi or other soft drinks, just water.

If I could I'd give 0 stars I would. I'm originally from Arizona we don't have Church's where I lived. Anyways this is my second time trying Church's, I didn't write a review the first time I tried it because I thought it was just an off day when I ordered from there the first time. However the food ended up being the same. First off the fries were rubbery as if they were sitting on awhile, I asked for no Gravy they gave me gravy, I asked for RANCH they gave me no ranch and just ketchup. Their gravy was salty last time, that's why I said no gravy but gave it to me anyways. Incompetence at its finest. I will not be back 100% disappointment.

The Food is fresh & is very good here ?
The service is Good & they get your order correct & I haven't had any issues & they attend you very quickly ?

It's a very clean environment, which puts me at ease, so if you like a clean area to eat I highly recommend ?
The only issue is that it just doesn't have a big lobby, but I haven't seen it get busy, but I think it's only because of the location.

I purchased take out and I was called Boss by the young lads. They informed me that they do not have wings so they gave me a breast. These guys are bad to the . I do love
