Church's Texas Chicken

Went to get dinner, they had no white meat. The wait was 17 minutes

They refused to honor the coupon price. The manager, Andrea, was rude and said we had to purchase it online, even though the coupon clearly stated it could be used in-store. The cashier who initially helped us had already scanned it, so when we tried to order online as the manager instructed, the coupon showed as already used.

Ordered through door dash it took almost an hour. The food was old and tasted bland. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only got 1. The apple pie looked like it was there since this morning and no icing on it. Just awful! Never again especially at this location.

I ordered the 10 piece tender meal , was given legs and thighs instead of tenders... I called so they can have some ready for me but I had already got to me house and have to drive back . but noone answered ... Managered didn't talk just got my bag, receipt ( mk sure I paid for tenders and not chicken I think ) had a mad face like it's my fault... A worker asked me to park in the front .. then manager brings it out with a still mad face and nothing to say .. very very unprofessional.. I'll stick to the churches on 13th St .. always good vibes their 🫶🏼

I took my kid on their lunch break to eat at churches in Harlingen right across the street from Chick-fil-A and it was horrible the place was so filthy and dirty
The floors weren't mopped at all

Morning lady was RUDE. My food was COLD and some even RAW!!! Im very very disappointed the last time we went was wonderful and they even made the food fresh but this time was so different.

I asked for potatoes, gave me fries instead . I asked the cashier if it comes with white gravy she told me yes and when I got home to check there was none whatsoever . Food is good overall but service is poor .

First time trying church chicken and it was delicious. I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, but the fries not so much.
