It's always a great experience when we come to Dutch Bros but today Cass made it extra great!!! We had no idea there was kid sizes, we've been ordered our kids small drinks for what seems like forever now. She was so informative and even told us about their merch drop!!! We can't wait.

I've been to this location multiple times. I've ordered ahead online and in the line. The service sucks horribly. The staff is friendly and nice but sucks at prioritizing orders. This visit after waiting 35 mins since originally ordering online they magicly make our drinks in less than 2 mins. Clearly rushing they didnt even make correctly. Driving up has never takes less then 20 mins after your order is submitted. This visit appeared to be fully staffed with 5 people inside working. Very disappointed especially compared to other DutchBros I frequent.

No matter the time whether it’s opening, after the work rush, or even when it’s 102° outside the baristas here always go above and beyond. They take the time to remember my order, greet me with genuine smiles, and share their positive, charming personalities.
Max and Abigail especially make every visit feel special. I’ve even come through the drive-thru after receiving hard news, tears in my eyes, and they still took an extra moment (even with a line behind me) to check in and show kindness. That level of care means the world. These two don't just serve coffee they make people’s days better. 💙

30 minutes waiting to get a coffee, Is unacceptable you guys have to figure out a way to be faster...
Not the best experience. Been going to Dutch Bros for years in other areas. Stopped to get a drink and walked up to the window. I Placed my order, and over 20 minutes of waiting for a simple coffee is absurd. Employees weren’t bubbly and fun, literally one person making drinks and four others walking in circles so when I asked for my money back because of the wait time, the manager walked over and said you need your money back And that was it. No apology or excuse for what was taking so long. Sounds like they get this quite frequently.

I drove up and sat in line for 10 minutes without the line moving. Fortunately I was able to back out and park to place an order at the window. Unfortunatley the window was closed and they looked at me three times before finally coming over to take my order. I will say once he took my order they did get it to me fairly quickly. When I left the line had moved by one car. I would probably get down instead of waiting in line. I gave three stars cause they got the drink, as mentioned before, otherwise mediocre.

They have been getting my drink wrong several times. and every time i see that it’s not my drink i would constantly confirm if there’s a shot of espresso in there even though it looks like milk and they always tell me that there is some in there. Usually i let it slide but i’m so annoyed at how many times they’ve done this and will not be coming back here.

This is the worse location ever came to get a drink and it took 45 minutes to get a drink.I ask one of the employees what was taking to long and she she told us they only had 2 employees doung the drinks.This is for the management that is the weekend and you need to hire more people or they will go somewhere else like me .
