Moms got a marshmallow foam topped blue cotton candy shake and mine was a recommended strawberry shake with hazelnut and the same topping, I loved it definitely tastes like captian crunch cereal lol. The service was awesome I can tell you all aren't from SB lol thank you all so much if yalls drink sucked I'd still go back with service yall gave but everything is a 10 lol so stafe safe yall♡

The other night, i arrived at Dutch bros at 9:30 with a very big line, maybe 6-7 cars ahead of us but I was sure that it would get moving because it’s a drive thru place. It’s reaching ten and I’m thinking “I’m sure they’re going to treat the rest of the customers that were waiting for a long time.” They didn’t. They told us that they closed at 10 and that there was nothing they could. I understand if it was been 9:59 and I pulled up, but I spent 30 minutes in a very very slow line. Of course, I understand not having enough people and I understand that I was the one to get in a long line, but they could’ve moved a lot faster. Over all, horrible experience.

The coffee is great but they really need to speed up the service. There's no reason it should take 20 minutes to get coffee through a drive through. They're not preparing food. I thought Whataburger lines were bad but these lines are significantly worse. If there's more than 3 vehicles in line don't waste your time waiting. They take too long even if the coffee is good.

I love Dutch!!! Although, this location is not up to par with its customer service. It needs work. I asked for a sticker… a sticker…. and i am always given one when I ask. Was told “ No. you have to wait for the first Wednesday of the month.” With an attitude. Prob, won’t visit this location.

This is only my 3rd visit, and I'm still learning their menu. The barista that "helped" if you can call it that was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. The other 2 experiences were professional and helpful, not sure if she was having a bad day. Seriously reconsidering returning.
