Extremely Disappointed with Harlingen Firehouse Subs. Leaving a 1 star because I can't leave a zero.
I spent $95.33 on an order and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. My two daughters went to pick up the order and were treated very rudely by staff. One accidentally dropped a drink and went to notify the employees, but was met with eye rolls, frustration, and hand gestures to “keep moving along.” She left the store upset and near tears.
My husband called to speak with the manager and was hung up on. When I called, the manager (Kayla) told me my daughters were “lying” and that they were not treated rudely. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, part of our order was missing (a meal, chips, and drinks). For nearly $100, this service is unacceptable. No one in my family even enjoyed the meal after this experience, and I would like a refund.
We frequent Firehouse Subs across the Rio Grande Valley and usually have great experiences, but this location and manager seriously missed the mark. Customer service matters, and no one should be treated this way.

We love eating here. The food ans the customer service is always wonderful. I personally am a very picky eater and love that you can customize almost everything. We really appreciate and enjoy the great customer service. Thank you all!!!

Everything was great the service nice employees and the food was on point so delicious I took 2 coworkers with me and it was there first time and they loved it just as much as my son and we were all saying the same thing to bad there isn't one in our town but over all it was excellent 👌

Anytime I've ever tried to eat here the employees are rude so I just end up leaving. And they've had the same staff for forever. They need to hire better people

Counter person stopped the person in front of me mid sentence to take an order over the phone and then let the rest of the line wait even though we had all already been waiting. Multiple other customer service blunders while we were in here manager stood and watched. Need additional training.
