They did me dirty for my daughter's first birthday. I asked for bright glittery scales on the base and an image of the rainbow fish that I gave them. The cake was so dark it looked black. There was no glitter and it was missing the image. By the time I noticed the party guests were arriving and I couldn't at least go fix the image. It was so ugly you guys:( I paid $55 for an ugly 6 inch cake.

I asked for a cake for a family member and wow did you all deliver (literally and figuratively)! I was hesitant since this was a unique ask, but wow did you exceed every expectation I had. They laughed so hard when it was delivered and that is what we were looking for! I was on the phone when they tried it and she said “it tastes better than it looked, which is pretty hard to do.” Thank you so much for making a difference. 10/10 will recommend and will only be using you, especially how easy you made it for me to order over the phone, being out of the state!

Called in looking for a place to get a cake done for my anniversary, and ended up stumbling across Gloria’s Specialty Cakes. I called and gave a brief description on what I wanted the cake to look like and they say surprisingly that they can get it done. Not knowing truly how it was going to turn out, when I saw the final results I was astonished! Price and customer service is just all there with this place. Most places do the bare minimum especially if you don’t make a reservation, but they were able to take care of me very well. Attention to detail was there when whoever was making the cake added a couple more things on the cake before I walked out with it. You don’t get service like this anywhere else. Hope the best for this company because they truly do care for you and whatever accommodations you have for them!

We ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and not only did they make it exactly how we asked, it was delicious! It was a hit at the party and definitely worth every penny. The staff were so nice and easy to communicate with throughout. 100% recommended!

Not sure how their cakes taste. They made an error on two cakes we ordered, and blamed us for the mistake. They are difficult to communicate with, their phone lines were not functioning, and there is not consistent communication through Facebook. They will not provide a refund, even if the cakes have yet to be made. They were very rude and snobby when speaking to them in person. Ordered from HEB instead!
