I had the worst experience with the rudest server, her name was weird Oklizia or something like that. Will never return. They need to shut this location down because the servers are supposed to be the kindest. You don’t get this energy in bigger towns. what kind of manager hired a server like this

Came in expecting decent service and left really disappointed. Oaklizia seemed uninterested and inattentive the entire time. We waited far too long just to be greeted, and once we were, it felt rushed and unprofessional. Drinks took forever, orders were mixed up, and it was hard to get any help when we needed it. The food was fine, but the poor service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not what I expect and not somewhere I’d rush back to.

WORST PLACE TO EAT!!!
Wings were cold! Your serves would rather bully people while on the clock rather than get me a refill and be attentive like they SHOULD when they’re getting paid. OKLIZIA AND TAY- as long as yall are employed here I will never eat here again and warn everyone I know not too either. I DEMAND the manager/owner of this hooters to reply with a corporate number so I can report this specific hooters!!!!!

What kind of establishment allows their employees to be on the clock making TikTok cyber bullying a mom, Oklizia and Tay need to be held accountable for their actions I would not feel comfortable eating here knowing you allow your employees to bully and harass mothers online.

A video surfaced on my social media about one of your employees cyber bullying another single mom for having postpartum depression years back. What each individual does on their own time has nothing to do with me or work, but it’s concerning when they post these kind of stuff, while also recording themselves in their uniform in other videos. Makes me feel weird and uncomfortable bringing my wife and kiddos to this establishment while having these kind of employees serving us.

I was reading the reviews, and I couldn't understand how negative some of them were about the food. Maybe it had to do with the time they go. I've been to hooters several times and can not stop talking about how good the food is. I usually stick to the wings or the burger. No one else has better wings than hooters, and the burgers are juicy and flavorful. I'm a foodie, and anyone who knows me knows that, lol. I guess it does depend on what time you go because I'm there anywhere between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and have never had an issue with the food.

Placed a to-go order that was suppose to be ready over 14 minutes ago. Host asked for my name and then walked off. Hasn't come back... Lack of customer service. (For an order that was placed 35 minutes before arrival)
Wings were room temp by the time they came out. Stale croutons. Runny blue cheese dressing. Light on sauce for each of the wings.
The celery was fresh and the buffalo hot honey boneless wings were really good.

I've been to just about all the locations in TX and by far this location was very nice and the service was great. The food was great, I always get the wings or half order to try them out so I can tell friends and family and I was not disappointed. I look forward to my next visit.

I really enjoy hooters food usually but this location has really bad service and even the food is super inconsistent. Tonight both the buffalo shrimp and wings were literally cold. I don’t even understand how that happens, it’s like it had been sitting around. and they forgot the fries and then had to wait for a while, so was just a really bad experience over all. sucks cause I want to enjoy wings here but don’t think I can ever come back
